We recently stayed at the hotel and had the best time. Our room (2049) had unreal house keeping, not only was our room kept spotless but also towel art everyday from Mustafa who made a big difference. We were looked after around the pool by Hasan who could not do enough for us and always made sure we had everything that we needed. Hasan could not do enough for anyone, keeping children at heart even to the point of us seeing him dive fully clothed in to the pool to bring a child’s head up from underwater, he made sure we had fresh towels throughout the day. His smile made our day everyday and we already cannot wait to return!

Had an exceptional stay at DoubleTree El Gouna. The customer service was of a very high standard throughout. We’d especially like to thank Miss Haya and her supervisor for their outstanding hospitality and care Haya went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, and she’s a true asset to DoubleTree by Hilton El Gouna. The restaurant staff, Marco, Wargdy, Mr Ahmed, and all the head chefs, were truly excellent, providing consistently great service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout our stay. Our room attendant, who looked after our room from 8 to 15 June, did an exceptional job our room was always clean to a high standard, and we felt safe and comfortable with our belongings. Overall, this hotel and the gated area is a true 5-star, high-quality experience.

We would like to thank Amr from the reception desk for his excellent help during our stay. We did not receive any information from our holiday tour operator and were unable to contact the resort representative regarding the time of our transfer from the hotel. Amr went above and beyond to help us and managed to obtain the transfer information for us. In addition, the reception staff was very helpful and arranged an early breakfast for us before our departure from the hotel, which we greatly appreciated. Thank you to Amr and the entire reception team for their professionalism, kindness, and outstanding customer service. They made our departure much less stressful and left us with a very positive impression of the hotel.

We had a excellent stay! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and very well organized. The staff were so friendly, professional, and always helpful. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay enjoyable and memorable. Our room was very modern and very clean, we had a beautiful bohemian style balcony too. The location is also good located , it’s a safe place and you can go to the city for less than 10min with a tuktuk. I would definitely recommend this hotel and we would be so happy to return! 😊
