DoubleTree by Hilton Mangroovy El Gouna Resort

The welcome was very warm and friendly. Everyone makes you feel „home“ instantly. We arrived very late at midnight and got a midnight snack delivered to the room. The whole facility is very new and looks beautiful. The room with the pool view is nice and the whole space is great to relax. There is still construction work but you so not see it or get disturbed while enjoying the pool or restaurant. Perfect stay!

The staff is very friendly and the facilities are brand new. The hotel has a very nice design as well as a comfortable atmosphere.

It was my first time in El Gouna and I am not disappointed at all! The stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton was wonderful. A special mention to Ahmed Fati at breakfast, and also to Omar and Beshoy who work at the beach they were extremely kind, attentive and always smiling. Their service made our experience even more enjoyable. The whole team was very pleasant and welcoming. Thank you for making our holiday so special!

My experience at the Double Tree Hilton Mangroovy Hotel was a delight from start to finish; it was simply excellent. From the moment I arrived at the lobby until the moment I left, Mohammed's service at the lobby bar made me feel welcome and pampered. I highly recommend it! * Mohamed is very experienced and was fantastic; he is knowledgeable and attentive in his service. * We really enjoyed the cappuccinos with drawings on them.

The best coffee comes from Jamal! Not only is the coffee always fresh and full of flavor, but Jamal himself is such a kind and welcoming person. Every visit feels personal, and you can really taste the passion he puts into his work. Highly recommended!
