This has been the best holiday we’ve been on! If you want loud music/entertainment and pool activities this isn’t for you. If you want an exceptionally chilled environment, amazing staff and great food this is for you. The staff here are incredible in every area, everyone is genuinely wanting you to have the best time, nothing is too much trouble. Special mentions to Salam (housekeeping), Ahmed - the best barman in Egypt he knew what we wanted to drink before we did, we will really miss him!! I can’t even list all the staff in the restaurant as they were all first class. Thomas, thanks for the great coffee and friendly service. Thanks also to the food and beverage manager M Hassan, what an incredible manager, he actively sought feedback in every area if he could action there and then he would. I’m sure any previous points for improvements in reviews (although few and far between) have already been dealt with. If there are any issues at all please bring them up immediately and he will do his upmost to resolve, don’t wait to put something negative on trip when he can sort. The hotel is spotless in every area. No issues with sunbeds around the pool, also noted if you leave your sunbed for over an hour the towels will be removed , never needed to get up early to reserve. Rooms well appointed, really good air con, mini bar, tea/coffee etc… we had a plunge pool room, I liked the extra space to sunbath but most of the time we were by the pool. We did have a room issue on arrival but was sorted the next day and late checkout arranged as an apology. Restaurant - the food is high quality, very fresh and varied, they take a lot of pride in ensuring you are happy with it, so once again they actively seek feedback, fresh pasta is amazing to highlight just one of the many amazing dishes they serve. There is a private beech area where you can get drinks/snacks. There are also some lovely walks around the marinas and downtown is worth a visit, tuk tuks 50 Egyptian pounds one way. Even out of the hotel everyone says hello and also ‘welcome’ it’s such a safe and friendly resort. We never go back to the same hotel or resort ever, but we will have to make an exception in this case I will be re booking as soon as I’m home. See you in November!!

The hotel was wonderful- modern, clean. The rooms were spacious and all the staff were friend’s. The concierge, Ibrahim, was especially kind and helpful.

Our first time in Egypt and it did not disappoint at all! The hotel is situated in a very safe and beautiful marina which you can walk around and enjoy. The hotel was so incredibly beautiful and clean throughout. Our room was cleaned every day and to such a high standard and so were the communal areas around the hotel. The beach is amazing, safe and the water is so clear and not far to go from the hotel. Staff were so attentive in providing us towels! The pool is beautiful and the service around the pool bar was fantastic, always bringing us a drink and asking if we needed anything. There were lots of dining options and the hotel staff were so attentive, welcoming and remembered our drinks orders which made us feel so welcome! The cocktails were great, wine even better and with special thanks to Marco who went out of his way to make our stay extra special and even decorated our breakfast table on our final day. We would also like to thank the manager of the hotel (we can’t remember his name but wears Louis Vuitton shoes!) and he was so kind in making our check out times work for us and ensuring we had everything we needed. We truly felt like royalty and we will definitely be back, hopefully with our family and friends next time. Thank you all❤️
