Iberotel Casa Del Mar Resort

Loved this hotel. Very clean and modern. Pool was lovely and clean, sunbeds were always available and comfy. Any issues/queries were dealt with straight away. There is no baby changing facilities in the hotel which was a pain with a 5month old. Staff were always helpful and friendly. Big shout out to our favourite pool barman Abd El Rahman… thankyouuuu. In the evening we had the lovely Zizo look after us! Ahmed at breakfast and lunch was always friendly and attentive. They all went above and beyond for our family and we couldn’t be more grateful!

On arrival we found our room was the wrong one that we booked but it was sorted out the following morning, ATM in the hotel reception so it saves you hunting around for one, the hotel staff from the cleaning staff to the maintenance staff and all in between was really helpful and polite most had very good English which meant we could have a laugh with them. The food whilst being very good did sometimes get slightly repetitive but no big deal, the restaurant staff would try to cater for all your needs, the place was pretty much spotlessly clean. The little Italy restaurant is also very good, today is my wife’s birthday so when I booked our table for the night time ( which you have to do) I mentioned her birthday ,well they only went a made a cake for her, they presented it singing happy birthday in Egyptian and English every one clapped and cheered ,which was very much appreciated and the cake was delicious. I cannot genuinely find any major problems or faults with the Iberotel , we will return I am sure and honestly look forward to it, A big thanks to all that made our first visit here a memorable one.

This was our first time at this hotel, but it certainly won't be our last ! The customer service was outstanding, excellent food and facilities were great too. There are no negatives at all that I can think of. Our grandkids loved the water slides, heated pol and kids club every day.
