Tento hotel je naprosto skvělý vrátili jsme se podruhé a jde vidět, že neustále věci vylepšují i když už tak je vše naprostý top! vše vždy čisté a voňavé ! Jídlo luxusní, personál velmi milý.

Naprosto vynikající hotel s vybornymi službami. Všude perfektně čisto a uklizeno, jídlo výborné, velmi ochotný personál. S přítelkyní jsme tu prožili krásný týden a rádi se někdy v budoucnu opět vrátíme zpět.

Our stay at Steigenberger Ras Soma was absolutely wonderful from the very first moment. We have traveled a lot as a family and I have stayed in many hotels both with my family and on my own, but I have never felt so genuinely welcomed, cared for, and valued as a guest. They truly make you feel like royalty. What impressed me most was the people. Everyone working here seems genuinely happy, and that positive energy spreads to the guests. The staff are beautiful inside and out, always smiling, friendly, and doing everything possible to make your stay perfect. With around 600 employees, it honestly feels as if every guest has their own personal assistant. The level of service is simply outstanding. The resort itself is immaculate. I have never seen such a high standard of cleanliness, not even in many European countries. Everything is perfectly maintained, modern, elegant, and minimalist. You can see that an enormous amount of effort goes into keeping every corner of the resort spotless. The food deserves special praise. Every day there was an incredible selection of fresh seafood, high-quality dishes, fresh fruits, and freshly squeezed juices and smoothies – orange, guava, strawberry, and much more. Every meal felt like a fine dining experience. The quality of the ingredients was exceptional. The beach is stunning. One thing we particularly appreciated was the generous spacing between the sunbeds. Unlike many crowded resorts, Steigenberger Ras Soma truly respects guests' privacy and comfort. There is plenty of space for every family to relax and enjoy their vacation peacefully. The sea is simply breathtaking. The entrance to the water is sandy and gentle, without stones, making it absolutely perfect for families with small children. The Red Sea remains my favorite sea in the world, and this location showcases its beauty perfectly. They don't have their own house reef though - but you can book beautiful snorkeling tours (including the glass boat) starting directly from hotel. Another highlight was the beach service. The staff continuously brought drinks and refreshments directly to our sunbeds, helped with towels and sunbeds - always with a smile and exceptional friendliness. Thank you, Hassan, for allowing me to take picture with you - you are one of the reasons we want to come back ❤️ A big thank you to the animation team, especially Katya, who is an absolute sweetheart. ❤️ The whole entertainment is warm, friendly, and never overwhelming. It's perfectly balanced – lively when you want it, relaxing when you don't. Our children loved it, and we especially enjoyed the beach party. I would also like to thank Ahmed, the tennis coach. ❤️🎾😎 What an incredible experience! I booked him almost for the every day of our stay simply because I have never experience such a powerful training! Not only has he taught me to play almost from scratch but also also invested hours in giving me valuable coaching tips that genuinely improved my game. He gave me techniques and details that made a real difference, and I just felt so happy when at the end we have played, we have like professionals - one to one through the whole field! Thank you, Ahmed! It was so much fun with you 😄The fact that this personalized coaching was included FREE OF CAHRGE made it even more impressive. I have never seen that before! Finally, I would like to mention the management. The weekly management cocktail event is a wonderful idea. It gives guests the opportunity to meet the management team, exchange feedback, and learn about the history and vision behind this beautiful resort. It shows a level of respect and appreciation for guests that is increasingly rare today. Steigenberger Ras Soma is not just a luxury resort— it is a place where every detail is designed to make guests feel happy, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. 🙏🙏🙏 We absolutely loved our stay and cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. 10/10 Flawless Stay – Beyond Perfection! My partner and I just spent 2 weeks at the Steigenberger Resort Ras Soma, and honestly, everything was 10/10 perfect. From the moment we arrived, they looked after absolutely everything, making sure our stay was completely relaxing and stress-free. The attention to detail throughout the entire resort is just incredible! What we appreciated most was the staff's attitude. Nobody ever asked or pushed for tips. Instead, the service was so incredibly top-notch that they managed to make us want to tip them because they genuinely deserved it. The entire team is amazing, but a few special shoutouts: Josef at the activities kept things incredibly fun, (Best man!) Mohamed at the bar always took great care of us, the other Mohamed did a flawless job with our room service, Mustafa made our mornings perfect at breakfast, and Ahmed looked after us wonderfully at the Shisha lounge. There were honestly so many other fantastic staff members whose names we didn't manage to catch, but everyone we encountered went completely above and beyond. Everything about this hotel is extravagantly perfect. If you are looking for a flaw, you won't find one. We had an absolute dream vacation and cannot recommend this place enough!
