Naprosto vynikající hotel s vybornymi službami. Všude perfektně čisto a uklizeno, jídlo výborné, velmi ochotný personál. S přítelkyní jsme tu prožili krásný týden a rádi se někdy v budoucnu opět vrátíme zpět.

We had a truly relaxing time at this hotel – everything was just perfect. The service, the cleanliness, the variety of activities – it all made our holiday an experience we could enjoy to the fullest. A special thank you goes to Ahmed, who takes care of the sunbeds on the beach. He was always so kind, attentive, and made sure we had a beautiful spot every day. We also want to highlight Ahmed from the service team (Benisuma). He was always in a great mood, brought every order quickly and correctly, and his service was simply outstanding. A wonderful personality who made our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely come back!

Stayed at this beautiful hotel September 2025. I can only praise all the staff on how polite, helpful and go overboard to help you. I stayed in the executive suite private pool which was cleaned to an exceptional standard. But be prepared for several visits a day from gardeners and pool boys which i thought was over the top. The food was outstanding choice. Food for celiac was outstanding in main restraustrant. Big shout to the pool bar staff don't know all their names but will mention Abd as they were fanstanstic and worked very hard pleasing guests. Excellent customer service and made the holiday. Be aware there is building work outside the hotel and you can here piling all day. Not hotels fault but tui advises adult pool areas only this is not the case as their pools were full of small children and babies. The entertainment was substandard for a 5 star hotel apart from on evening out of twelve. Overall the hotel room, staff , and food was outstanding. This hotel is German oriented be aware if booking from UK.

Visited this hotel for second time. I never return to same place but this place is special. It is not only spotlessly clean but has absolutely amazing facilities to cater for all . What makes this place outstanding is the dedication of the staff. I don't think I have ever met a more friendly and accommodating team . The life guards were so attentive during your stay whether at the pool or on the beach. Special mention to Ghareb Mohammed, Ahmed and Mahmood who exceed above and beyond to make our vacation extra special. These are young men who are more than capable of managing any situation with tact and maturity. The restaurants are also immaculately presented. The variety and quality of the food available in the buffet morning noon and evening is exceptional. We visited the other restaurants available within the hotel and enjoyed each one. Again the staff were immense with Ahmed and Assad (Dr) particularly outstanding. The food in the Maya and Arabesque was fabulous. The rooms have a spacious balcony and are kept spotlessly clean. The cleaning staff are top class, Mohammed who looked after our room would often leave a special towel display. I cannot speak highly enough of this hotel and facilities and would have no problem recommending it to any of my friends and family.
