Tento hotel je naprosto skvělý vrátili jsme se podruhé a jde vidět, že neustále věci vylepšují i když už tak je vše naprostý top! vše vždy čisté a voňavé ! Jídlo luxusní, personál velmi milý.

Naprosto vynikající hotel s vybornymi službami. Všude perfektně čisto a uklizeno, jídlo výborné, velmi ochotný personál. S přítelkyní jsme tu prožili krásný týden a rádi se někdy v budoucnu opět vrátíme zpět.

We’ve just returned from a truly wonderful seven-day stay. With busy lives, we were looking for sunshine, excellent service, and complete rest and relaxation—and this hotel delivered on every level. The hotel itself is top-class: spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and finished to a very high standard. The food was absolutely fantastic, with a huge variety of options, extensive menus, and consistently fresh, high-quality dishes. Drinks were equally impressive, with plenty of choice and excellent quality throughout. What really sets this hotel apart, however, is the staff. Every single team member goes above and beyond to make your stay special—nothing is ever too much trouble. A special mention must go to Mohammed, the young bar waiter serving drinks around the pool from the Cabana restaurant. He is a real asset to the hotel and undoubtedly has a bright future ahead of him. There are just a few minor areas for improvement. The first pool, which features the swim-up bar, would benefit from being adults-only. With a dedicated children’s pool and a larger, more lively pool available, it would make sense to keep this area as a quieter, more relaxing space. Secondly, while the lunch options at Maya are excellent, service was noticeably slower during both of our visits, with waits of over 40 minutes for food. The seating process felt a little disorganised at times, with some guests being overlooked and menus not always provided unless requested. That said, this was very much the exception—service across the rest of the hotel was outstanding. Finally, there were occasional delays with pool towels, with waits of over ten minutes on a few occasions. However, the pool staff were always extremely apologetic and made every effort to resolve this quickly. Overall, these minor issues did not detract from what was an exceptional stay. We had a fantastic time and would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a high-quality, relaxing getaway.
