Tento hotel je naprosto skvělý vrátili jsme se podruhé a jde vidět, že neustále věci vylepšují i když už tak je vše naprostý top! vše vždy čisté a voňavé ! Jídlo luxusní, personál velmi milý.

Naprosto vynikající hotel s vybornymi službami. Všude perfektně čisto a uklizeno, jídlo výborné, velmi ochotný personál. S přítelkyní jsme tu prožili krásný týden a rádi se někdy v budoucnu opět vrátíme zpět.

After lots of research, I decided to book Steigenberger Ras Soma because of its tranquil location and outstanding reviews—and it absolutely did not disappoint. This trip was for me, my husband, and our 7-month-old, as both our honeymoon and a celebration of my 30th birthday. The staff went above and beyond to make it unforgettable. They showed such genuine care and attention to our daughter, making her experience just as magical as ours. From the kids’ play area to the special characters by the pool, along with fresh fruit and even custom smoothies, every detail was thoughtful. They even blended fruit specially for her—honestly amazing ❤️ The à la carte restaurants being included in the all-inclusive package was a huge highlight. Usually, all-inclusive food can be a letdown, but not here—it felt truly luxurious. There was a fresh pasta station, a wide variety of meats and seafood, and an endless selection of cakes, salads, and fruit. The Asian restaurant was our favourite (we went twice!), and the Maya restaurant was also excellent, especially at lunch with its BBQ buffet and fresh salads. The Italian restaurant was lovely too, and the cocktails were delicious. The evening entertainment was fantastic, and our little one was completely mesmerised every night. We also booked two massages during our stay, set in beautiful beachside chalets with views of the sea—absolutely incredible. The only minor downside was that the room felt slightly cold, but it didn’t take away from the experience. A special mention to some wonderful staff members: Mina, who hosted at the front most evenings, was incredibly warm and attentive—it never felt like he was just doing his job. Peter and Ali at the buffet restaurant greeted Lily every morning and even remembered our breakfast drinks order, which was amazing given the size of the resort. We had a wonderful experience at Ras Soma. The staff was full of attention and made the whole stay extremely smooth. The food was excellent and the facilities of the greatest standards.

what a fantastic hotel, the food, they had everything you could ever want to eat, lovely classy restaurants, rooms the whole hotel is spotless, even the entertainment was good, everything even down to the small details the staff are so happy and willing to help. very luxurious the beds round the pool they are so so comfy the mattresses are so thick wonderful. they even have a fridge full of kit kat, cadburys, oreo, magna, cornettos, delicious ice lollys, never ever been to a hotel with this. the most impressive thing was the General Manager is so prolific he is out and about every day checking everything is running smoothly and speaking to their clients. I would like to mention Farah, customer relations, what a wonderful asset you have with Farah, she is the most helpful girl nothing is too much trouble for her we had our anniversary they did the table with flowers and presented us with a cake at the end it was beautiful, the bed had 2 beautiful swans and the beautiful heart all covered in flowers it was amazing. We couldn't find any negatives perfect hotel to spend your holidays.
