Facts before opinions to help you. Rated 3* because it's tired in parts and probably more modern hotels have upgraded options over time. But this is still such top value for a top ski resort. * rooms aren't the biggest - but you just swapped location for space - 4 hooks on the wall kind of was enough for drying clothes each night. * ski in/ski out - can't beat it! * all inclusive option - no matter if ordering a coffee/soft drinks or full on alcoholic options, you are saving a packet - kids loved it too * wine - free flow during dinner * restaurant - so much option - no idea why people moan in reviews - something for everyone. What do you expect for a 3* hotel? What do you need in a ski resort? Hearty tucker with a salad bar option/fried options/pizza oven/ice cream bar for kids. * picnic lunch - offered with all inclusive - packed a sandwich for the days ski. * spa - jacuzzi & sauna ready for us every day when returning from slopes - gorgeous! * bootroom - each bedroom gets a private ski locker with space for boots, skis & poles. Heater didn't work, but security was a bonus. * ski hire - shop in the hotel basement is super small and was chaotic on collection - either change your pick up time or shop elsewhere. * bathrooms - having separate loo to bathroom was a help. Inghams website says toiletries provided - but this means a "shampoo bar" * reception - were always happy to help - no idea what the negative reviews are for. All in all a totally functional hotel in a top ski-in/ski-out location at the heart of one of the best ski areas in the world. What is not to love. Yes it could due with some loving upgrades but then you would pay more. We will return to this hotel for the value and practicality it offers!

Awful awful place! Reception staff unfriendly and unhelpful. Presumably as it’s a French hotel and we are British! The rooms are shabby, dirty and far too cramped Towel change apparently is a Tuesday and Thursday. So if you arrive on a Saturday you have to wait until Tuesday for clean towels and then only a day before receiving clean towels again! Food is revolting and they aledge to have an ex Michelin chef working for them 🤔 Think vegetables cooked within an inch of their life 🤢 amongst other delicacies!!??Cups and cutlery continually dirty. Rated 4 star, think the only reason they achieve 3 of these stars is because you can ski out! Booked this trip with family for my husbands 60th birthday and this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Avoid at all costs

Good location, good restaurant Rooms are small and beds are too small. Typical club hotel, not a lot atmosphere

Excellent staff, professional, friendly and helpful. Personally the food was lovely with a good variety. Rooms was very comfortable and had a lovely view of the mountains. Coming back for 10 days in year 2028 with the family.

Infrastructure is ok but the restaurant is terrible. Very little choice, cheap food. Didn’t have a piece of correct meat during the week. Service is OK but not enough personnel, long waiting at the bar and restaurant.
