I’m leaving this review because my stay was extremely disappointing and, honestly, unsafe. First of all, my wallet was stolen from my room. There wasn’t even much cash inside, but there were my documents - so apparently they were simply thrown into a trash bin. I reported everything immediately, but the hotel did not properly investigate or resolve the situation. No real help. From my point of view, theft happens in this hotel. It’s an absolute disgrace. The shuttle service is also a mess. They share the transfer with another hotel, so you can end up waiting 30 minutes. What made it worse is that transfers from the ski lifts worked fine for everyone else - except guests from our hotel. The spa facilities were very bad: the hammam and the sauna were not heating properly, basically useless. I also went for a massage, and the masseuse was answering phone calls during the massage. On top of that, she was clearly sick, which is unacceptable. The restaurant food was not tasty. The bathroom in the room was super small and impractical. Overall, it’s just sad. This hotel barely deserves 3 stars. I would not recommend it.

Overall fantastic experience. In particular, superb service and attention from Anna (manager/concierge of private Alpine Loft suite/apartment where we stayed) and Elisa Juelle (hotel office/customer director).

AVOID AT ALL COST: I have 25 in Hospitality, 14 as a CEO and managed 2,700 rooms so I ‘may’ be qualified . The service level is sub par. Me and my family stayed until last night ( Christmas ) and the facilities are good, but the service kills it . No English speaking receptionist at this level ? Skiing lifts basic info maps they can’t tell you anything . No presence of de GM any aware , this small hotel should have minimal and discreet interaction .. it’s hospitality! And it the promised Christmas dinner with a “show” for 170 euros per person….well .. they managed to screw it up for a grand finally . We got there at 8 pm sharp , the cold starter took 1 hour , and the mains about 1 10 minutes more hours .. ( Bistro food .. not the actual promise) ..lots of waiters running around butting heads ( not their fault, no proper training ) .. and hey it’s x-mas .. let’s be reasonable … and since I am from the business I am very reasonable, but at 1500 euros a night .. 2 hours really.. it was like 20 tables to serve ? We left and asked to pick up dessert latter .. and the show : 🤦♂️, a card trick guy out of place for Xmas .. how did not even come to our table .. Overall the mangers looked panic , the waiters desperate and yet they did NOTHING to repair the guest , offer them a drink a bottle of wine or even a discount on check out .. they know that they spoiled the evening for all theses families and did nothing about it .. its a profit first hospitality organization .. I know the type , its a place many of these small hotels fall into , while they have an opportunity to do just opposite , and be more competitive . Don’t fall into their trap ..
