Bali Beach Hotel

Bali Beach Hotel is a fantastic hotel. The service is great. Breakfast was excellent with lots of options. Loved being able to see the sunrise from the balcony. The swimming pool was amazing and loved being able to relax in the sunshine with staff on hand for drinks and food.

A wonderful resort to relax and unwind. The room, the warm pool and staff are standouts.

What made this stay truly memorable was not the property itself, but the people behind it. I made a point of reading their name badges — because when someone goes out of their way to make you feel welcome, the least you can do is remember their name. DARMA handled our check-in with warmth and efficiency. When he discovered that I spoke a little Indonesian, his face lit up and the exchange quickly became something far more personal than a standard check-in. There is something about being greeted in someone's own language — even imperfectly — that breaks down walls instantly, and Darma embraced that moment with genuine enthusiasm. My wife, meanwhile, found her own connection with him over a shared love of K-pop, and by the time we were done, all three of us were laughing. YUNDA, who escorted us to our room, was equally impressive in a quieter way. She guided us through the property without any rush, made us feel completely at ease, and by the time we crossed the threshold of our room, we already felt at home. There was a calm professionalism about her that we genuinely appreciated. A hotel that speaks of Indonesian values and beauty should have people who truly embody them — and in DARMA and YUNDA, it does. They are not just good staff. They are the soul of this place.
