We had our second stay at The Meru Sanur and fourth at the combined property. Jeni our Meru Ambassador was exceptional and provided first rate service including assisting my wife when she became unwell. Jeni arranged attendance of medical staff from the in house medical centre. She was very thoughtful & supportive. We highly commend Jeni and saw she promotes The Meru values and ethos. She represented The Meru in a first class way. Thank you Jeni, we highly recommend you as a great ambassador.
