Beautiful hotel and very friendly and helpful staff Enjoyed every moment !

I absolutely loved my stay at The Meru in Sanur. My room was so spacious and comfortable and very clean, I could not fault it. It was so much more than what I expected. Every meal was outstanding, there was not one meal that I didn’t enjoy. My complements to the wonderful chefs. All of the staff were so friendly and polite. Nothing was too hard for them they could not be more helpful. If I come back to Sanur this is where I will be staying again. There were too many staff to mention that made my stay memorable. Thanks again Meru.

We are pleased to let you know, that we are (4 of us) very happy to stay in The Mure, all staff are very polite, excellent service, from check in to check out. staff are very high stander. High stander quality of food. Food was very yummy. I would like to mention a few staff's that I remember their name as: Check in with Mr. Bas, he made sure all things that we should be know, answer all our questions. Mr. Dry, who helping us for new check in and check out for extend stay. Miss. Astri who teach us for Balinese dancing. Mr. Pawa who teaches us for us for speak Balinese language, now we can say few words, great! Mr. Edo who at activities area, is very helpful. Mr. Adi at Arunika restaurant and Mr. Ngardika and Miss. Kina (or Kona) at Roso restaurant are excellent. We will recommend our friends, families to visit. Thank you for all staff.

We had an amazing stay at The Meru Sanur. The resort offers beautiful surroundings, comfortable rooms, excellent food, and a peaceful atmosphere that made our trip truly memorable. What stood out the most was the outstanding hospitality from the staff. A special mention to Grace, who took great care of us and ensured everything was perfect throughout our stay. Her friendliness, professionalism, and genuine care made a wonderful experience even more special. Thank you to the entire team at The Meru Sanur for such a fantastic stay. We can't wait to come back!
