TUI BLUE Berawa Hotel and Villas

This is by far the best resort we have ever stayed in. From the little touches, to the amazing staff, to the most extensive buffet/al a carte breakfast, we really could not fault our stay at TUI Blue. The villa was immaculate and the wide range of facilities were fantastic. Berawa is a far better area to stay in and way less busy than other areas of Canggu. So many amazing restaurants in walking distance, so we didn’t need to rely on taxi’s or scooters as everything we needed was on the doorstep. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I booked a Premier Suite and paid extra to upgrade to the Executive Suite, expecting it to be better than the Sky Suite I stayed in back in May. It wasn’t. Check-in was rough — despite being offered a paid early check-in, my room wasn’t ready until 2:45pm, well after I’d arrived. Once inside, the room had multiple issues: barely any hot water pressure at the sink, shower pressure that kept cutting in and out, a leaking shower faucet, foul-smelling bidet water, patchy Wi-Fi in parts of the room, and construction noise from roughly 9am–6pm daily. On top of that, the Executive Suite was on the second floor, while the Sky Suite and Presidential Suite were on the third — with a view of nothing but AC units. So a “premium” upgrade actually left me on a lower floor, in a worse room, than my stay in May.

Had the pleasure of staying at TUI BLUE Berawa. Everyone was so hospitable and friendly, greeting everyone with a smile. I arrived on my birthday and they had surprises for me in my room - definitely one of the highlights of my stay. Thank you to Artha for getting us settled in and preparing our room. The breakfast buffet was great - always welcomed in the morning by their staff, especially Winda who always made sure we were looked after. The location was very central so it was easy to get around and go to the beach. The overall atmosphere of the hotel felt very luxurious. We very much enjoyed our stay in TUI BLUE Berawa (we enjoyed the 24hr room food service a little too much)

Best place to stay in Bali hands down. The cleanest, most modern and safest place to stay, we felt comfortable from start to finish, with amenities such as breakfast and laundry being immaculate. The guards and people in the lobby like Cahya are absolutely fantastic and so kind. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at, 0 faults. Thank you!

Lovely stay here at Tui Blue hotel. great location ,helpful and friendly staff. Modern , clean hotel. Lovely views. Good food.
