We didnt know that there was RR chocolate shop inside this new hotel. My kids got so excited to pick their own chocolate in a box! And the cake is also CUTE and YUMMY!! Not too sweet for my liking. And the chocolate is AMAZING!! And we got help from the friendly staff Ariani. Thank you so much! We'll be back again!

Amazing Breakfast from all the staff this morning, food was amazing and such a wide variety of food! All of the staff were super friendly and helpful and very attentive, especially parisna and yusa

Hotel was absolutely beautiful. Very clean and quiet even with construction taking place next door. Welcomed with a yummy mocktail and donut. Food was delicious. Had both breakfast and dinner here. Everything is fresh and the wait staff and bar staff are so friendly and kind.

After travelling for 28 hours to get to the hotel and arriving at 3 am, we were greeted by having no hot water in the room. What could have been a complete disaster turned out to be an absolute win-win. I went down to report it to the receptionist, who upgraded us to a villa with its own private swimming pool—which was absolutely amazing. I presumed this would only be for a few days, but upon enquiring, the receptionist informed me that our upgrade was for the entire two weeks. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. The staff are incredibly attentive, the food is absolutely amazing, and they truly couldn't look after you better.
