TUI BLUE Berawa Hotel and Villas

How is got 5/5 on trip advisor I’m confused who’s staying here and thinking that? When we came to the hotel they had upgraded us which was really nice but the room was next to a building site and if you don’t know the Balinese work hard morning until night so you could hear them like they were in the bedroom. We asked to move to another room but that room was opposite the padel so you could hear people playing. They then moved us up to the top floor and the room was big and spacious which was great. However it is so noisy. I think maybe because we came from ubud and gili which was remote and quiet I was shocked by the noise in Canguu. From our bedroom we could hear constant traffic, loud music from clubs and bars near by and then people in other bedrooms were so noisy. When one doorbell rings in one room you can hear it in yours and it always sounded like someone was trying to come in our room. The staff were so lovely and helpful I can’t fault them at all. The breakfast and food at the hotel is really low level. Like honestly we didn’t even waste eating breakfast there even though it was included. Service was also slow at breakfast. It was a great location and easy to walk to places. Margaret close by had great food and it’s helpful to have everything at your doorstep. The pool area was basic and due to the noise level it was hardly relaxing.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location is also very convenient, close to many attractions and restaurants. What impressed me the most was the excellent service from the staff, especially Ningsih, who was very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help during my stay. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

Our Dewata villa was absolutely beautiful, the cleaning service done every day was lovely, very comfy bed and pillows, hotel staff are wonderful, buffet breakfast was yummy, driver to take us places was always available. Location is great if you’re wanting to go to beach clubs. Priced on par with what we got in our villa. Would stay here again
