Hotel NH Collection Venezia Murano Villa

Our stay was excellent. The hotel boasts a very modern design with spacious common areas—including a wonderful rooftop perfect for having wine while enjoying views of the lagoon. The property is located in a very calm area with no noise, which made for a peaceful environment. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the location is highly convenient to the Vaporetto station. Our room was clean and modern, and we were fortunate to be upgraded to a beautiful, spacious suite with great lagoon views through the American Express The Hotel Collection program. The only minor drawback is that local dining options are very limited at night, and the hotel’s own restaurant has limited capacity for reservations. Be sure to plan your dinners ahead of time!

Murano you were so much more than I imagined the history the people are so nice and friendly and carnt do enough to help. Rooms were stunning overlooking the laguna so glad we didn’t stay on main land Venice ….. the transport is easy once you work out the routes. But if you want to treat yourself do a private taxi so fast and great service. Special shout out to Elisabetta at spa had amazing treatment salt scrub and lymphatic drainage was amazing x

Staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. The free buffet breakfast was good. The hotel is new, clean and elegant. The only downside was we did not get any housekeeping but overall very happy with our stay.

I am in love! Maria at the wellness spa is the best, amazing, talented! I honestly feel like a baby who was just tenderly cared for by a mother. The most incredible experience. This is my new favorite place on earth.

Hotel was nice. Staff friendly. BUT don’t waste your money on the 24 euro breakfast, not even worth 5 euro. Worst breakfast I’ve ever had, poor variety and no fresh foods. Very disappointing for the extensive price. I believe the scrambled eggs was made from powder mix they tasted so bad. They don’t even have an operating turning toaster so even the bread took forever to toast. Juices also weren’t fresh.
