Hotel NH Collection Venezia Murano Villa

Me and my Fiancé stayed here for 3 nights absolutely stunning hotel, staff spoke English (especially Matt) and always wanted to help. Quick 15 min boat tour and you’re in Venice. Got a Sweedish massage while staying and our masseuse Maria was brilliant she was so attentive, kind and provided 2 phenomenal messages would highly recommend.

We booked this hotel for a 4 night break to Venice. We were unsure whether we should stay in central Venice but having read the reviews of this hotel, opted to stay in a junior suite on Murano. So pleased we did as although it was great sight seeing in Venice, it was also lovely to take the hotel shuttle boat back to our peaceful hotel. Our room was lovely, large and clean, overlooking the lagoon and the breakfast selection was fab. Hotel staff were so helpful and we loved our stay there. Also enjoyed our cheeky evening drink before dinner overlooking the lagoon on the rooftop bar. Definitely would recommend this hotel and the fact that they offered a shuttle boat to and back from Venice.

This beautifully converted industrial building provides an amazing environment of indoor-outdoor spaces next to the lagoon and close to vaporetto stops. Don't let the small facade of the hotel fool you, once inside the premises there are lots of amenities, vistas and spaces to enjoy. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast option, if you take it, is a lovely way to start the day in a large, airy dining room with views out to the lagoon. Whereas we had to point out some housekeeping issues last time we stayed 2 years ago, this time the place was immaculate, a credit to manager and staff. Compared to staying in Venice itself, the hotel is very good value. Sleep quality was only impacted slightly by the fact that we visited in late April when the aircon wasn't needed. With the windows open there were, however, a few mozzies around so take the usual precautions!

The hotel is clean and well kept. The breakfast was good. Employees were excellent. I would have liked to have access to netflix or other viewing apps like the NH Collection has in Florence. Overall I would recommend this hotel.
