Hotel NH Collection Venezia Murano Villa

The hotel is clean and well kept. The breakfast was good. Employees were excellent. I would have liked to have access to netflix or other viewing apps like the NH Collection has in Florence. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

We had an absolutely unforgettable stay at NH Collection Venezia Murano Villa 🤍 From the moment we arrived, the warmth, professionalism and genuine kindness of the team made us feel truly special. We were celebrating our 10-year anniversary, and the hotel went above and beyond — a beautifully decorated room with a stunning lagoon view and thoughtful personal touches made it magical. The entire team, from reception to the bartender (who created amazing cocktails!), delivered exceptional service with real heart. A place full of elegance, comfort and true Italian charm. My husband and I stayed here last year, and I reviewed the hotel then. However when we returned I was delighted to find that the hotel- an exquisite Venetian hotel in a modern style, was just as magical an experience. It is on the less crowded, comfortable island of Murano, the source of all that famous glass. The staff are amazing- and Matteo ,who speaks four languages even remembered us from last year. Laura in the restaurant also warmly greeted us on our return! I had a spa treatment and Maria B was wonderful. She has a warm and soothing style and her treatment was one of the most memorable I have ever received. We hope to return to Venice next year and we will certainly book at this hotel. Bravi!!!

The spa was an incredibly relaxing experience. The steam room and sauna were well maintained. My husband and I also got massages and a mud wrap. It was a great way to rest and recuperate after a week of exploring Venice by foot. Maria took care of us and made the day feel so special and wonderful. I highly recommend!

Every time we go to Venice, we stay in Murano. It still has a much calmer pace and makes you think the way it all was decades ago in Venice. Yet there is a little paradise that we discovered by accident. Actually on the outside nothing mind blowing, but on the inside everything you wouldn’t expect. Great hospitality- the manager and his cohesive team are all smiles and ready to go the extra mile - and great rooms. Complete renovation of what used to be a Glass Factory as so many in Murano, Done with great taste. Highly recommended! But don’t wait - it tends to book out often!
