Velká spokojenost s velikostí pokoje i koupelny a opravdu jen pár minut od náměstí Sv.Marca Pokoj denně uklizen,doplněn čaji a kávou.Co mě velmi překvapilo byla bio kosmetika,zubní kartáček,pantofle a župan! Pokoj se nachází v prvním patře ve velmi tiché uličce!

Absolutely amazing experience at this hotel. We each had a personalised welcome card with our names on and they even left a birthday cake and candle in the room for my fiancées birthday. Every single staff member there was extremely friendly and helpful with big smiles on their faces. A big shout out to Victor who went above and beyond to make sure we were treated like royalty. The hotel is located literally right next to the Rialto bridge, so it was excellent. Everything right on your doorstep. Nice and quiet in the evenings and the lobby always had gentle music playing and air con. The rooms were set in pure Venetian style with a Venetian-modern style bathroom. There is also a terrace on the top floor to sit and have a drink. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING. We will definitely book to stay here again!

I had a great, unforgettable stay at the San Gallo HoteI. The location is perfect for exploring the major sights , with San Marco just round the corner and is only a short walk to the ferry to the airport. The atmosphere is entirely in tune with the eternal Venice, quaint, elegant decor featuring a lovely Murano glass chandelier, while the bathroom is unexpectedly modern with all the amenities. But what particularly impressed me was the thoughtfulness and the kindness of Vito the manager who was always there to lend a helping hand and to offer the best tips about where to eat and to go. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who is making a stop in Venice. I would love to visit it again too.

This hotel is steps from St Mark’s square. It is a beautiful, quaint, old style Venetian style hotel but with all the amenities needed. It does not sit on a canal but easy to get to by a vaporetto. We did get off at Rialto stop and that was a mistake with many bridges to cross over with luggage. We recommend to keep going to San Marco Zaccaria stop. The hotel has many steps up but they are very helpful taking your luggage up. We had an issue with our plane flight and had to make last minute changes. They were extremely helpful getting us a private taxi to the airport. There is a kind man that helps with luggage that helped us get to the taxi stop and wouldn’t leave until we were on the boat. We were so appreciative of him and all the hotel did to help us make our flight. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

We loved our stay here, the hotel was a calm oasis in the midst of the busy San Marco area (the square is only one minute away). We stayed for four nights, the rooms were comfortable and clean, with nice bathrooms and good showers. The bed was very comfortable, and we liked the elegant Venetian style of the decor. The rooms have air conditioning and are cleaned daily with fresh towels provided. There are lots of restaurants nearby, we went twice to Cherubino which was excellent. The hotel staff are exceptional, we were very well looked after! From advice on places to visit or eat, to arranging a water taxi to the airport (a fabulous way to travel and worth the expense), the staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful. This hotel is very special, and we would absolutely stay here again.
