Velká spokojenost s velikostí pokoje i koupelny a opravdu jen pár minut od náměstí Sv.Marca Pokoj denně uklizen,doplněn čaji a kávou.Co mě velmi překvapilo byla bio kosmetika,zubní kartáček,pantofle a župan! Pokoj se nachází v prvním patře ve velmi tiché uličce!

I’m a Personal Travel Planner from Brazil and carefully chose this hotel for my clients: two brazilian couples on their first trip to Europe. It was the best decision I could have made! I can confidently say this has been one of the best hotel experiences any of my clients have ever had. First of all, the communication with the hotel through was PERFECT! They gave me all the support I needed to assist my clients and made their stay truly memorable! I was especially impressed to receive a message from Vito saying: "They arrived safely and already seem comfortable and happy. Don’t worry, they will be very well taken care of here!” Is there anything better than that? Planning a trip with care and dedication and having a hotel that contributes 100% to making everything run perfectly? Certainly not! The location is unbeatable: just a two-minute walk from Piazza San Marco, surrounded by restaurants, shops, cafés, bakeries, pizzerias, gelato shops etc. It is immaculately clean and cozy, with great rooms, an excellent breakfast, a wonderful atmosphere and outstanding amenities. One of the highlights is the service! The staff, Vito, Valeria and the entire team are truly wonderful. This hotel represents genuine hospitality! Their support in every detail made a huge difference. My clients genuinely loved every moment, absolutely impeccable in every way! Thank you all for making my clients’ stay so special. Nice hotel, very central, 3 mins walk from SM square. Rooms had everything you needed, good bathroom. The common areas are dated but also charming. Staff all very friendly and helpful and left a little bounty of treats for my husbands birthday Our room was very clean Be aware there is no lift (given location and age of building) The wonderful staff offered to help us both times but we declined

Hotel San Gallo is a unique boutique style hotel, inconspicuous on the outside but very quaint and comfortable. Best of all, the location is in the heart of the San Marco district a few hundred steps from San Marco Square. All the staff are incredible, and very helpful with answers you have about navigating around the city and various districts and waterways. If needed, there is a morning breakfast if purchased separately. Coffee and tea in the rooms. Comp water and a wet bar if desired. There is also a very relaxing rooftop terrace. Food and drink are everywhere in Venice, as well as its famed Italian Gelato. There are no cars, and everything transportation is done by walking or watercrafts. There are many bridges over the canals that involve many steps up and down, as well as in buildings. Be ready for exercise! Nothing negative to mention. Venice is unique and very popular, and the best thing you can do is go with the flow. Venice's charm, architecture and old-world history make for endless adventures and discoveries. Stay open to surprise sights and experiences.

I’m assuming hotel in a small square with the café just outside. This is the place to stay ! Vito was incredible! With the highest of standards, he took excellent care of us from carrying our luggage up and down the stairs to escorting us personally to our water taxi (also carrying our luggage) Our rooms were luxurious, cozy and quite. The staff was very attentive as well. There’s a rooftop seating area where we ended up every night.
