Hotel Monte Giner

Strávili jsme tam jeden týden. Skibus zastavuje přímo u hotelu. Byli jsme v renovované části a všechny pokoje a zařízení byly hezké. Bazén, sauny byly skvělé. Jídlo bylo hezké a všichni číšníci a administrativní personál byli přátelští a užiteční.

I’ve travelled extensively across Europe and this is by far the most disgusting and disrespectful customer service I have ever received. They lie about hidden charges and the duty manager (who refused to give her name but has dark shoulder length hair, black glasses and is middle aged) sees fit to shout and interrupt you at the front desk with a queue of people behind you. How mortifying, and common to shout like that! The pool changing rooms floors are quite literally lethally slippery and they refuse to acknowledge any issue, or make any safety adjustments for customers. Do not stay here. You would be more welcome in a tent in a field! If I could give negative stars, I would.

On the main road through this small hill town so easy to locate. Nice sized rooms with generous balconies affording lovely mountain views. We appreciated the sound of the water torrent streaming downhill on the adjoining land. Fine dinner & service. There is however, not a lot to see in this town.

We stayed there in the beginning of January, 2015. Apart from the fact that there was not enough snow on the ski tracks (which was not, obviously, hotel's fault), everything was perfect, The hotel is very cosy, the staff - very friendly, the food - excellent. The spa centre is one of the best we've been to, rooms are very comfortable. There is a ski bus which stops in front of the hotel and brings the willing to a lift station, where they can connect to hundreds of kilometres of ski tracks. If I have any regrets about the hotel, they are that we didn't stay long enough :)

Nice hotel but they are not prepared for vegetarians at all. Comfortable clean Roms and very nice service. As af our star hotel they should have a bit better food and options for vegetarians. They hotel is situated close to the ski area.
