Hotel Parco dello Stelvio

Rodinný penzion - hotel s vynikajícím wellness a dobrou polohou. Hned za hotelem svah 450 metrů dlouhý, modré obtížnosti a před hotelem zastávka na skibus. Ski Pejo je vzdáleno 4 km. Vydatné chutné snídaně a večeře. Pobyt jsem si užil. Velice ochotný majitel. Slabší wifi.

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing and unacceptable, entirely due to the behavior of the receptionist. I have never encountered such shockingly rude and aggressive treatment in any hotel before. The receptionist was openly hostile, raised his voice at me, and behaved in a confrontational manner. Most disturbingly, he insulted me by calling me a “fool boy.” This was not only unprofessional but deeply disrespectful and completely inappropriate. No guest should ever be spoken to in this way. Instead of providing assistance, he chose to escalate the situation by shouting and acting aggressively. His behavior made me feel uncomfortable, humiliated, and unwelcome. This is absolutely not the level of service anyone should expect from a hotel that claims to value its guests.

Very good hotel, delicious food and perfect service! Perfect place for a nice holiday. And absolutely for a good price!

Beautiful environment, nice room with kitchen and bathroom, good possibility for car parking, nice town. We couldn't use the wellness in the main building of the hotel as it was visible in the RCI prospect because the RCI's rooms are in a smaller building.

The hotel is located on a hill in val di sole. The service is very good and a good share of activities is available at the hotel (evening walk, BBQ walk, Trentino live music dinner). Also for the kids there is plenty of entertainment. We had half board and the food was really good with really nice waiters in the restaurant. The owners and front-desk personell are friendly and helpful.
