Falkensteiner Family Hotel Lido Ehrenburgerhof

Perfect hotel for families with children. We were with children aged 4 and 6. They enjoyed this place. The kid's club is very high standard with professional staff. Lots of activities. All the staff at the hotel are very kind and helpful. I would like thank to Nicolo for the service and kindness. I highly recommend this hotel

We had a wonderful week stay here and it had everything our family could have needed. First impressions were strange as the hotel is in the middle of an industrial estate but once you are in the hotel you soon forget this. Staff all very attentive, great facilities for families from the trampolines to football and pool. We were there for buon ferragosta an Italian bank holiday and this was fantastic with the hotel going all out. There are a few areas the hotel could improve on to make it truly exceptional. The food choice for children is very limited. There’s only one choice in the evening other than the pasta station and nothing at lunch. As a family hotel they can do better. The pool was also boiling, great in winter but not needed in summer when it’s 33 degrees outside. We were there in the height of summer and there needs to be better management of outside sun beds. Some leave their towels there all day and others were getting into altercations as they took peoples beds! You definitely need a car at this hotel to see the true Dolomites, we went to the Moviment park, Fly Line, Kron Action and the summer park at Le Crusc - all recommended.

Myself, husband and 2 girls (age 3 and 5) stayed for a week in July. I can honestly say that it was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in catering for families. From the chair swings in the reception area, to the trampolines and kids parks, everything perfectly catered for younger children. The hotel had everything we could ask for and more and the staff couldn’t be more helpful! Thank you for an amazing stay!

This hotel has many features for smaller children mostly under the age of 10! My teenagers were bored! The food was very food! Spa services very very! good! The problem the hotel is in an industrial zone and you absolutely need a car to go hiking or other activities! Our initial room was very basic but the hotel decided to give us a better room after 1 day! Some rooms have no AC!
