Hotel Diamant Sport & Wellness

This is a very friendly and well run hotel. The food was excellent. The staff were helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. The drivers that took us to the slopes were also really nice and helpful. It was very clean and well presented. There were a few things that could have made our stay even better like coffee after dinner, more seats in the ski boot room, butter with bread in the evening and drink making facilities in the rooms. I can not understand why anyone now charges for tap water at the dinner table either?! And the policy of not changing towels all the time needs to be implemented. I know it says they will only change them when they are placed in the sink but in practice I had to leave a note every day to ask for them not to be changed. If the heating were to be turned down a few degrees as well it would not only save energy but make the guests more comfortable. Lots of the guests said how hot it was despite turning all the radiators off.

We had an exceptional stay at the Hotel Diamant in Santa Cristina. The quality of the food was truly outstanding – every meal was delicious. Our room was incredibly spacious, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The spa and pool facilities were gorgeous and a highlight of our stay. Beyond the excellent facilities, the staff were invaluable and attentive, providing exceptional service throughout our stay. We highly recommend this hotel!

Our stay at Diamant Spa Resort was fantastic! From the moment we arrived, the warm and personal service from the staff made us feel truly welcome. Every detail in the hotel was well thought out, and the facilities were top. The food was great, especially during Christmas, when the festive atmosphere and carefully prepared dishes made the experience even more special. Everything about our stay was perfect, and we can highly recommend the Diamant Spa Resort to anyone looking for a relax, luxurious, and well-organized ski holiday. We will definitely be back!

We stayed at the Diamant for 5 nights in February. My husband had stayed here in 2024 and was so impressed by the hotel‘s fantastic, knowledgeable ski guide, Michele, that we returned together with 2 friends, in 2025. Our sole purpose for this trip was to ski, and we can honestly say, thanks to Michele, it was the best ski trip we have ever had! We covered an immense amount of terrain, rarely skiing the same trail twice. Each day, the hotel shuttle awaited us at 9:00 and took us straight to the lift. Michele met us every morning with a special plan tailored to us, which included breathtaking views, beautiful mountainside lunches with local specialties, and lots of tips about the area, not to mention tons of laughter and fun! The highlights of this trip were, one day a late afternoon stop at a mountain hut where we had locally produced Speck, cheese, and house wines; but the biggest highlight was the helicopter ride to Cortina (the landing pad is right next to the hotel!). There is so much to say about this trip and about Michele‘s expertise and kindness. We truly hope to return one day with our children so that they can also experience the magic of the Dolomites with the best ski guide around! Thank you, Michele, for this wonderful experience!

We had a great time staying here. Food was very good. Nice apres atmosphere. The shuttle takes you directly to the lifts. The best part was skiing with Michelle the guide. He’s fantastic at finding the best runs and is a great guy! Hope to ski with him again!
