Park Hotel Bellevue

Came here on a school ski trip, paying expensive fees that included accommodation. Completely horrified when we arrived into the hotel, if you even call it that, to see the bedroom. The room was a double room that was tiny. It was comparable to a jail cell. No desk, no safe, one small radiator that was never on, two crappy single beds and a horrible bathroom. Dirty room with hairs and stains all over the place. The bathroom was the main issue, being tiny and outdated. The bathroom door didn’t lock, in fact it didn’t even close properly without swinging back open, as the handle was broken. The shower was tiny and the shower head was uncomfortably small. There was also no hand soap, we had to buy it ourselves. Not to mention the disgusting smell of sewage that lingered in the room every time you flushed or washed your hands. The staff were extremely rude and hostile towards me and my school. We were denied hot water for tea, noodles, etc. I was denied a fresh set of towels. Constant anger radiating from them all and if not anger, than attitude. The food was disgraceful. Breakfast was limited and stale. There was also advertised fresh orange juice which turned out to be dilute. Definitely not like the photos. The dinner was a disgusting slop. Every student was served the same meal which usually consisted of uncooked rice, pasta with sour sauce, unseasoned meat slab and the occasional boiled vegetable. And to add to that a few complimentary hair to add flavour! They also asked us to hang our room keys in the communal area which could be accessed by anyone as they didn’t ask for identification before we picked up a key. The temperature in the rooms was almost always freezing, not helped by the think sheet and small blanket. Overall, our stay was horrible, we were excited to leave every morning and it wasn’t because we wanted to go skiing… Hostile environment. If you can, please stay elsewhere. Nothing could redeem this place.

cleaner searched through all of our belongings when we were out every day, even looking in jacket pockets. found flies and hairs in drinking water, all the keys on 1st floor where the same meaning someone could go into my room at any time. Aside from that the actual rooms were fine, walls where very thin. I do not recommend the place at all.

What a great place. By pure luck i found this place and what an experience. Good service by Fabiola, her family and staff. We felt welcome from the very first minute we arrived. We had 1/2 pension with good traditional Italian food both morning and evening. And good wine as well. Even the transportation to and from the lift system was arranged well and not a problem at all. Even the lift system is 10 minutes drive away. Good ski area in Folgarida and Marileva and the lift system is pretty new. So, all in all a very good experience for a father and his 2 teenage kids.

An incredible experience with staff who made me feel like family. I was travellling alone and so I appreciated their care and support and concern. Fabiola and staff all very friendly and hard working and no task is too big or small for them. Comfortable rooms with all amentities in great condition. Delicious dinners. Compliments to the chef. Also good value for money and much more affordable than M.Campiglio. Good connection to the Folgarida slopes with free transport daily to the local ski lifts. I will be back again in the summer to enjoy the facilities once more!

Es ist ein in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Die Zimmer so wie das gesamte Hotel waren sauber, aber eiskalt. Aus der zu engen Dusche raus über einen kalten Steinfußboden in ein quitschendes Bett. Die Fehrnsehprogramme waren nur auf italienisch. Auf den Tischen im Speiseraum stand im September noch die Weihnachtsdeko vom Vorjahr. Abendessen: Beispiel Tag 1: Erster Gang: eine Kelle roter Nudelpampf Zweiter Gang: 2 dünne Scheiben Schweinefleisch, etwas Soße mit 5 Kartoffelwürfeln. Dritter Gang: eine Kugel Eis. Alles lieblos auf Teller gelegt, kein Stück Gemüse. Man fühlte sich wie bei einer Massenabfütterung im Schnelldurchgang. Einen Salatteller konnte man sich unter strenger Aufsicht zusammen stellen. Man mußte dafür aber zusätzlich 3,-€ bezahlen. Die Getränkepreise waren für dieses Hotel sehr überteuert. Die auf dem PC geschriebene Getränkekarte konnte man kaum lesen. Wahrscheinlich war die Tintenpatrone fast leer. Zum Frühstück, ein einziger Kaffeeautomat für alle Gäste. Jeden früh eine lange Schlange, da kann ein das frühstücken schon vergehen. Mehr als eine kleine Tasse war nicht drin, da ja der Bus zum Tagesausflug wartete. Es wäre angebracht gewesen, auf jedem Tisch eine Thermoskanne mit Kaffee zu stellen oder den Frühstückraum eher aufzuschließen. Der Orangensaft wurde mit sehr viel Wasser verdünnt-ungenießbar. Tee gab es nur eine Sorte, daß Wasser zum brühen war nicht heiß. Nur eine Sorte Brötchen, kein Brot. Es war auch kein Toaster vorhanden. Etwas Schnittkäse und zwei Sorten häßliche Wurst aus der Packung, eiskaltes Ei, keine Butter, nur eine ekelhaft schmeckende Margarine, keine Scheibe Gurke oder Tomate. kein Obst, Null Vitamine. Für Kuchenliebhaber war wenigstens eine Sorte Kuchen vorhanden. Keine Abwechslung, jeden Morgen das gleiche. Nach 5 Tagen kann man das gesamte Essen nicht mehr ertragen. Es war die schlechteste Verpflegung die wir je erlebt haben. Auf dem Tresen am Hoteleigang stand ein großes Schild, darauf stand: "TOP HOTEL" mit fünf Sternen. Das ist wirklich kaum zu fassen. Das Personal war im großen und ganzen freundlich. Wir können dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.
