The property has been let down for a while from the previous owners and is now just been taken over. They are working hard and I have trust they will bring it back to ancient splendor. Still.. are you looking for good value for money, a stunning and incredibly quiet location just a stroll away from the busy and beautiful beaches of Chia, three private beaches and for private I mean being alone on the beach! a huge swimming pool where to relax, huge rooms with a stunning sea view balcony where to sip the first coffee of the day, an unpretentious cheap restaurant serving amazing simple Italian food and in huge portions, impeccable and genuine service, all of it nestled in beautiful green Mediterranean vegetation just one hour drive away from Cagliari, main Sardinian city and airport? THIS IS DEFINITELY WHERE YOU WANT TO BE! I would like to extend a special mention to Alberto, Irina, Bashir and the young kids working in the restaurant (Sorry guys I do not remember your names but you know who you are!) for the swift, friendly and attentive service (Trust me in Sardinian High Season is a rarity!) and I would also like to thank Anna and Matteo, part of the new ownership for being so nice and available in meeting me immediately as soon as I expressed Alberto my interest in having a chat about the new project, I sincerely trust you'll do an amazing job. Excellent lunch and above all perfect service and friendly atmosphere thanks to Santino and Bachir who took great care of us. We had a wonderful time there and will go back one evening to enjoy the stunning view and the sunset over the sea. Place highly recommended!

Accueil chaleureux par une équipe attentive qui nous a surclassé vu des difficultés de marche. Hôtel très propre et confortable... meubles un peu vétustes Piscine Formidable Un grand Merci à tout le personnel pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme avec une mention spéciale à Alberto pour ses bons conseils et son excellent français.

Villaggio molto ben curato personale gentile. Strategico vicino posti e calette meravigliosi. Personale sempre a disposizione e stanze e appartamenti puliti. Dislivellato ma tramite le loro macchinette ci si riesce a spostare anche con i bagagli.

DA EVITARE!!!!! Cozze palesemente surgelate, anemiche e NON PULITE! Continuiamo con la fregola, sapeva solamente di dado vegetale, per niente ma mantecata, secca e anche questa con pesce surgelato. Veramente una delusione
