Hotel Palace

Vážení, děkuji za třetí čas za skvělou rodinnou dovolenou. Strávili jsme v hotelu Palace 2 týdny, abych vám mohl doporučit toto místo velmi srdečně. Hotel je dobře udržovaný, s čistými bazény a zahradou s velkými stromy, které vám v horkých dnech poskytnou příjemný stín. Celý hotelový personál je velmi užitečný a milý a vždy usměvavý ochotný vám pomůže. Pokoje jsou pěkné a čistí se velmi opatrně každý den. Animační program pro děti se koná každý den na zahradě, pak se každý týden koná dětská diskotéka, pizza party a velká gala večeře. Ale to, co dělá náš pobyt vždy oceněné, je skvělá kuchyně vedená šéfem Michele a šéfkuchařem Marcem. Stravování je vždy čerstvé, italské a středomořské kuchyně s množstvím mořských plodů, steaků, čerstvého ovoce, čerstvé zeleniny a fantasy! ! ! Můžete si vybrat z široké škály studených čerstvých salátů, pak starter, hlavní jídlo a dezert. Všechno je podáváno včas, velmi rychle (s malými dětmi je to hodně oceňováno) as velkou chutí a stylem! Těšíme se na to, že se znovu vrátíme. Simona a rodina.

This hotel aged like milk. Today, a customer who travels in Europe regularly is used to a certain standard of 4-star hotels. Unfortunately, this hotel, while technically compliant (maybe) with the 4-star requirements is generally dated and underwhelming for me, a person who regularly stays at European 4-star hotels. First of all, the car park. The hotel has no underground parking, and parking around it is clearly not enough to accommodate all the needs. As a result, visitors are required to cram their cars into tight parking spaces in multiple rows and leave keys at the reception in case they block somebody else. Once you have parked, you then have to carry luggage around the building to the hotel's entrance, passing aromatic bins. Then, after you have received your card and ran back to your car to put a ticket on your dashboard, confirming that you are the hotel's customer (yes, the hotel has no way of knowing otherwise), you cram (again) in an old, tight elevator to get you to your floor. The corridor looks like a Soviet hospital, and you hope to escape it in your room. When you enter your room, you see old and worn furniture, a barely blowing AC, and dim lights, you smell the terrible industrial chemistry, likely used for cleaning and you think you could live with that. Until you enter the bathroom - this is when you realise you have been sentenced. The bathroom is ridiculously small. You have no space whatsoever to manoeuver in the shower, the cold and slimy shower curtain touches your back. The shower head is leaky and was coated with salt residue. You flood the whole room when you get out of the shower and have no space to dry yourself. Then you go to eat - horrible cold starters, microwaved "fresh" mains and desserts I wasn't brave enough to touch. And - cherry on top of the cake - if you are over 1.90, like me - you will have no way to sit at the table comfortably - your knees will not fit! From the hideous bathroom to the dining tables, it appears like the hotel has issues with tall people. We cut our stay short, stayed only one night and left asap to stay at a competitor's hotel which was aligned with our standards and expectations. The hotel's management decided, even though the hotel was clearly not on par, to keep 50% of our money. I hope they make good use of that money to renovate the hotel. Until they get on par with other European hotels, do yourself a favour and avoid this hotel at all costs. I guarantee you, that the 50-100 euros saved will NOT be worth it. See the pretty pictures to back up my story. The conditions offset any other benefits the hotel could offer, like the location or the service, thus, everything gets 1 star. The hotel's lazy management - shame on you for offering such conditions to customers, who come to Bibione expecting to have a good time. P.S. Receptionist Letizia was great and did everything she could to help us. However it was the higher management that showed very little respect.

My son and I spent an amazing week at this lovely small hotel, and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The location is simply incredible, with breathtaking sea views and direct access to the beach. What truly makes this hotel special is the staff. Every single member of the team was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. It’s rare to come across such a positive, multilingual team that is always smiling and ready to help. The food exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was better than what we’ve experienced in some five-star hotels, and the dinner choices offered a different selection every day. There was plenty of delicious seafood, as well as Italian and German dishes, ensuring there was something for everyone. The pool area is beautiful, with a large, spotless pool that’s perfect for cooling off on hot days. The pool bar is a great place to relax with your favorite cocktail. We also loved the well-maintained garden, which offers plenty of shaded areas, table tennis, and games for children. The hotel’s private beach is just a 2–3 minute walk away, making it incredibly convenient. Our room, like the rest of the hotel, was impeccably clean. While some might consider the rooms a little dated, they are comfortable, well-equipped, and offer fantastic views. When we discovered that our fridge wasn’t working one day, the reception team arranged a replacement almost immediately, which was greatly appreciated. We would definitely love to return. This hotel has everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday, and the warm, caring atmosphere makes it even more special. Just a fantastic hotel with very polite personel. Spend a weekend here with some friends in september 2024. Amazing location right at the beach and just some blocks from the shopping street with alot of restaurants. Superb breakfast, clean and bright rooms. Dont miss this ! I will return !

Room was ittle bit small, small shower, but clean and nice see view! Perfect clean pool, perfect breakfast, very kind stuff people! Very specific dinner, you choose dinner at breakfast and wait at the table for serving main course, starters ale very big so you must be carefull not to eat much before main course. Only one small surprise was paid drink at dinner including also water. Beach with sunbeams and umbrella was very good! Kids like it we too! We come again!
