Vychutnali jsme si krásné dny pohody a relaxu s dobrým jídlem a pitím. Především nás oslovili večeře v ala carte restauracích. Jen nás mrzelo, že z důvodu zhoršeného počasí jsme si neužili moře, ale i procházky po pláži byly příjemné.

An absolutely unforgettable stay – outstanding service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I have just returned from a wonderful stay at Grand Palladium Sicilia Resort & Spa and I can honestly say it exceeded all expectations! From the very first moment, we were welcomed with exceptional friendliness and professionalism. The resort is simply stunning: modern facilities, impeccably clean, beautifully maintained outdoor areas, and breathtaking views that invite total relaxation. The food offering is diverse and of very high quality, but the real highlights are the themed restaurants. Both El Dorado and Chang Thai provided truly memorable dining experiences, with delicious and beautifully presented dishes. What made this experience truly special, however, was the exceptional service from Carmelo Macaluso. His attention to detail, genuine kindness, and dedication to guests are rare to find. Always available, with a warm smile and contagious positive energy, he made us feel truly valued at every meal. He is without a doubt an outstanding professional and a great asset to the resort. I would also like to highlight António at the Pool Bar, who was always cheerful, attentive, and incredibly efficient. His cocktails were excellent, and his service made all the difference during our relaxing moments by the pool. Small gestures, big impact — this is the kind of service that elevates the entire experience. We left already wanting to return — not only because of the incredible resort, but also because of the people who make it so special. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality, comfort, and impeccable service.

Really nice stay as the hotel wasn’t too busy. Lovely and peaceful. The best waiter was Antonio, he really looked after my family. The pasta making class was excellent, thank you to Domenico, Dario and Claudio who looked after us. The omlette chef was also exceptional, thank you.

We had a fabulous time. The food is sublime. I would particularly recommend the Chang Thai restaurant on site. The food is authentic, great choice and superb service with a smile. All the staff were so attentive but particular thanks to Carmelo.
