Vychutnali jsme si krásné dny pohody a relaxu s dobrým jídlem a pitím. Především nás oslovili večeře v ala carte restauracích. Jen nás mrzelo, že z důvodu zhoršeného počasí jsme si neužili moře, ale i procházky po pláži byly příjemné.

A lovely hotel in Sicily I like to give honest feedback so I’ll break down into categories Food and drink The food is great , lots of choice , the à la cartes were well worth a visit , and all fresh , authentic , something for everyone The drinks - juices (were real fruit juice !) the wine was brilliant , branded soft drinks on tap, the cocktails if you weren’t on signature were lacking though , Prosecco was good Rooms Clean , modern and comfortable . We slept well , the air conditioning was good and the balcony was lovely . Slightly small as we were sharing with a child on a pull out but that was the only niggle Nice towels refreshed daily Pools Lots to choose from , towels provided and the biggest plus , none of the silly reserve a subbed shenanigans on a morning !!! So you could actually sleep in and have a leisurely breakfast, this was a highlight Kept super clean Beach Does have pebbles so take shoes , on our 5th day there the cabin opened so we had chance to hire a jet ski and paddle board , only negative was it wasn’t available all holiday Location A hire car is a must really as it is out in the sticks , also nowhere really to go for a stroll Gym Good facilities , and if you’re extroverted the entertainment team do bits and pieces Entertainment Repetitive (same magician twice in four days ) and the kids entertainment was the same every night , also on the first two days it was relocated to the kids club and all adult evening event was cancelled . They had an outside area for entertainment but it wasn’t in use and for the remainder of the week it was in the ballroom, but with no bars on the same floor all drinks had to be ordered upstairs and brought down The staff are enthusiastic and make the effort with the kids , but for us it could have been better All in all it was a good value holiday for us , and we got a car and toured around a bit , and I would go back .

I recently stayed at the Grand Palladium Sicilia Resort & Spa and, overall, had a very positive experience. The hotel itself clearly meets its 5* standard — the facilities are modern, well-maintained, and beautifully presented. The staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our stay, which really enhanced the experience. The food was also excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality options available and the three a la carte restaurants were fabulous. I would also like to give a special mention to Sam, who looked after us during our Bali bed bookings. His service was outstanding — attentive, friendly, and professional — and he really helped make those moments feel relaxing and special. That said, there were a few aspects that impacted my personal experience. I travelled during half term, and as a result, the hotel was very family-oriented with a large number of children. While this will suit many guests, I personally found there were limited adult-only spaces to retreat to for some quiet time. The Bali beds provided a lovely, tranquil escape, and we made use of these on two occasions, but aside from this, there were few areas designed for a more peaceful, adult-focused atmosphere. It was also not entirely clear at the time of booking what was included within the “All Inclusive” offering in relation to the hotel’s Signature Level. Although this did not open until 3rd June during our stay, we had initially understood that these areas and associated benefits would be included, which led to some confusion. The location is quite remote, meaning there is very little within walking distance. Unless you book excursions, you are largely reliant on the resort itself, which can feel somewhat enclosed and limits opportunities to explore or enjoy alternative dining and relaxation options. My main concern, however, was the lack of communication regarding private events. During our stay, there were two private parties taking place outside in the evenings. As our upgraded room faced the sea, it also meant it was directly exposed to the noise. The music was extremely loud and continued until midnight, making it very difficult to relax or sleep. Had we been informed in advance, we may have reconsidered the room location or better prepared for this disruption. In summary, the hotel delivers strongly on quality, service, and overall experience, but for those seeking a quieter, more adult-oriented stay, or a location with more external options, it may be worth considering timing, room placement, and package inclusions carefully
