Vychutnali jsme si krásné dny pohody a relaxu s dobrým jídlem a pitím. Především nás oslovili večeře v ala carte restauracích. Jen nás mrzelo, že z důvodu zhoršeného počasí jsme si neužili moře, ale i procházky po pláži byly příjemné.

great service during our whole stay, from front of desk staff supporting my mum with her wheelchair to Catrina at guest services helping us in and out the resort. Carmelo was amazing at recommendign great wine, knowledgeable service and providing an extra ‘sweet’ service for our stay. The food and drink recommended during our dinner at Chang Thai was amazing and the food was incredible, could not recommend enough! The passion and care really showed and made the night special. Thank you to all of you <3 !

Delicious food , luxury hotel , helpful and kind service, beautiful view , the apartament was very clean and cozy.

I am so happy with the attention and facilities provided by the hotel. The staff are absolutely amazing, very helpful, and always friendly. A special thank you to Catherina, the lady at the reception desk, who helped me organise my 50th birthday celebration. She arranged a lovely private dinner for me at a beautiful restaurant and also helped me with the spa arrangements. Whenever I was unsure about anything, I could always ask her, and she was so friendly, patient, and helpful. Valentina is also a lovely girl who was very caring and always willing to help. Chantal, the lady at the buffet reception, was so kind and friendly. Giuliano, who helped me with car rental, was also very helpful, kind, and caring. I would also like to thank Luigi, the waiter who served us during our private dinner. He was incredibly kind, respectful, and caring, always serving us with a lovely smile. His kindness and excellent service made our special evening even more enjoyable. The staff are truly amazing, and their excellent service made my stay even more special. I will most likely book again next year, as I can’t wait to return, enjoy another wonderful stay, and see all their smiling faces again! Thank you all for making my stay so memorable.

We were very limited on time this year for a trip and we picked Sicily for the chance of still getting some sun and to be able to relax and enjoy good food. We wanted somewhere where we could really make the most of our 3 days but also, explore locally so we picked Grand Palladium where Cefalu is a 25 min shuttle ride away from the resort. We had the BEST time and loved our stay! It was truly fab. We arrived at 1am where we were met with a private transfer taxi direct to the Hotel, check in was easy which we were grateful for. The Staff had left us a bottle of fizz and cake in our room for our arrival, as our booking was to celebrate our 10 year anniversary AND my Husbands birthday - so this was a lovely treat. The team actually even did the room up and supplied another bottle and surprise on our last day which was my Husband's birthday and our last day, they also had a birthday message up on the screen in the room too so this was a lovely touch. Thank you so much for this! Food on the whole - brilliant, The buffet at breakfast I found OK. We knew we might struggle to appreciate all a la carte restaurants as we had heard they get booked up very quickly. Valentine in reception was truly amazing - she helped us get a spot in the Thai restaurant day two and managed to squeeze us into the Steak house on the last night also! Thank you so much for all your effort to make those happen over a short time frame. We were also very pleased with her guidance on visiting Cefalu - it truly is a must do and was a beautiful place to visit. Pools were lovely - we only spent time really at the bigger one closer to the Beach but it was brill. Lots of room, lots of sun and great vibes - the only one note would be that the pool is very chilly to start with, they are unheated! If you go when the temp is a little cooler or a bit windy, the pool can be a bit cold but the weather was luckily quite hot, it was a lovely pool and my Husband enjoyed it lots! Thank you to all the staff - we truly loved the experience and we loved our room overlooking the Ocean. I came back with big Sicily blues - we will be back for sure!
