Vychutnali jsme si krásné dny pohody a relaxu s dobrým jídlem a pitím. Především nás oslovili večeře v ala carte restauracích. Jen nás mrzelo, že z důvodu zhoršeného počasí jsme si neužili moře, ale i procházky po pláži byly příjemné.

Stayed for 10 days in a deluxe sea view room Jet2 basic all inclusive Positives were Lovely sunsets from our balcony and the beach bar in the evening. Gardens lovely and well maintained. Food in the main buffet was generally good. Good omelette chef in the morning. House wine and sparkling were good for an all inclusive. Rooms lovely and clean everyday. Staff were lovely and they work hard. We thought Saverio at the pool bar was excellent along with Angelica who was also in the lobby bar. Giovanni at the Thai Restaurant and Eldorado restaurant gave excellent service. Rossella on the entrance to the buffet restaurant was also excellent and welcoming along with the strawberry blonde haired lady ( didn’t get her name). We did feel one senior waiter was only interested in the signature guests when seated in the quiet area outside. We were not offered any wine with our meal and had to request this. Feel he looked an annoyed and had a bit of an attitude. Also for a 5 star hotel we should not be expected to go and search for SALT AND PEPPER for our table. 90% of the tables did not have these on and each meal time we had to go and take salt and pepper off other tables or walk round the restaurant trying to find it. This is very BASIC and very annoying. Is there a shortage ???? We had no problem booking the à la carte restaurants and went to the Thai twice which was lovely. Maybe this was because we went in June so was not yet peak season. Book straight away on the app as you can always cancel if you change your mind. The service in the Thai restaurant was good. The food was served very quickly. Negatives 4 corporate events took place during our stay and there were parties on the lawn during the evening. The music was extremely loud and went on until the early hours. Not sure how people with children would cope unless you booked a room at the back of hotel. (Outside disco) In addition to this on the other side of the lawn you had the guest entertainment a band also playing so the music was from all angles. Generally the entertainment started at 10pm. Too late. In addition there appeared to be group booking of loud guests and there were pool parties going on at the beach pool. Younger guests taking over the pool. Drinking in the pool, smoking around the pool, leaving a mess round the pool. DJ blasting out music. Even if you were at the other pool which was more for families and a quieter vibe you could still hear the noise going on. Frequently some of the guests sat on the edge of the pool and blasted out their own music. No consideration for other guests trying to read. The hotel was not a relaxing atmosphere so not sure who it would appeal to. Older guests, families, couples wanted a relaxing break. NO. Hotel a bit isolated so nowhere to walk in evening. More trips needed. No trip to Corleone. Can get shuttle bus to Cefalu and Palermo. Other guest commented to me that their trip had been cancelled twice. Final observation. On check in we were told we could upgrade to Signature for 40 Euros each per day. We didn’t feel this gave any additional benefit. The signature pool was at the back of the hotel. You had a view of hotel rooms and restaurants and it was a very enclosed area. We preferred the pool bar. For signature you got a few extra branded drinks and a cushion on your sun bed. A dug out beach area near the beach. Not anywhere near the pool. Not worth the money We would not visit again and was not the relaxing break we wanted.

It’s ok rooms are nice food is okay drinks are good so are the bar staff but the restaurant staff are mostly miserable no iteration very tight on the wine more interested in cleaning the tables sports bar is very good for food and drinks staff are very good atmosphere is great beach is pebbles and beds are tight lots of beach beds but it’s all about the vips and charging for things in my opinion it’s a good 4 star but the internment team on the night time show was very good

What a lovely experience we had the staff in the sports bar were amazing I would definitely be coming back. Plus Giusi has lovely glasses. See you all soon love Dino

My son booked and had real problems when a week or so beforehand he was told the rooms were unavailable. After a lot of calls and emails it was resolved and the hotel upgraded us to signature level to apologise. Once here it was fabulous. A separate pool and breakfast restaurant where Elena , and Carmelo especially, looked after us. The food was great the grounds fantastic and it was a great trip for 6 of us in 3 rooms.
