Grand Palladium Jamaica Resort Spa All Inclusive

Xaymaca waiter not properly trained, made baseless allegations which his supervisor believed and had the nerve to inform us.

On May 13th, I got a full body massage with Christina at the Grand Palladium, Jamaica. I walked in tense and walked out relaxed and refreshed. The entire atmosphere was peaceful. I was able to escape the stressors of the world for 80 minutes. My body felt pure joy and happiness. For a moment I forgot about all the aches and pains my body previously felt. Thank you Christina

My husband and I stayed at this resort March 21-28. The people are the best part of the resort. They work so hard but just cannot hit the mark of a 4-star resort. Check in was a nightmare standing in line for well over an hour in the heat very unorganized. Food was just so bland same quality in each restaurant. The only saving grace for me was the Corn Porridge they served at the breakfast buffet. Pool water was freezing but it is a huge pool so take that into consideration. Our room needed upgrading and a deep cleaning. They never replaced our drinking glasses in the bathroom the whole week the housekeeper just flipped them over and reason I knew the drinking glasses were not replaced you see the toothpaste on the rim after I used it. I will say they do offer a very good massage at the resort's spa. Please do your homework when planning a trip to Jamaica.

So after finding a foreign object in the food a supervisor got use a specialty dinner a xaymaica, where we got a male Waiter. While we where being serve we where having conversation among our self talking about people we know and how the world had changed and we should learn how to accept the change.Anyway about a minute after one of the hostesses pulled one of us from the table where she explained she is going to change the waiter seeing where our current wayhe complain that he was uncomfortable serving us to our conversation(unprofessional). In our conversation we did mention the waiter nor his name . We weren’t not even talking about … but guess he felt as though he we was being talking about his sexuality which was never the case. We felt very uncomfortable after and we just wanted to go to open dinning. After the complain was made about us the same waiter came out with our food which we were very uncomfortable to eat due to how he made us feel, we then as to know what he felt uncomfortable about and no one would have disclosed that information so we then just left. Feeling hurt and uncomfortable with the rest of our stay

Jefferey Campbell was so warm, friendly and professional. He knows how to correspond and treat customers he deserve a raise
