Grand Palladium Jamaica Resort Spa All Inclusive

A beautiful resort ! It was very clean with constant maintenance being done. All requests from the front desk were answered quickly. The specialty restaurants were fantastic with Lafaine and Rayon making the Asian restaurant a special night. The buffets were efficient with many options. The pool was clean and the beaches well maintained. We will be returning for sure with more family on the next trip. I highly recommend this family friendly resort.

The staff here are honestly rude and dismissive. Whether it’s the front desk or the restaurant, the service is slow and the employees act like they’re having a terrible day. From the very first moment we started planning our vacation to the end when we hopped in our ride to the air port we were happy, made feel like we were at home. We Will be back!

Terrible food . Spent entire time hungry and arguing with staff at reservations . Breakfast ends early and the earliest we ate dinner was 830 pm. Staff was so rude and distressful . Would just ignore you or aggressively try to sell you drugs . Like literally follow you around and pester you to buy drugs off them . I didn’t get one drink served to me anywhere besides sitting at a bar , but people would walk up and interrupt you several times a day to try to sell their weed and cocaine . Tried to find manger at front desk and they ignored me like they didn’t understand English suddenly . Can’t say enough how bad the staff and service .

The villas and buildings were beautiful and clean. Check-in was lengthy and disorganized. Check-out smooth. All inclusive food was typical, although lacked tropical fruits. Music every where and loud. Family environment so many kids. The pool and beach are child friendly. If they enforced the no smoking to the correct areas I would have rated this resort a 4. I prefer quieter places but if looking for lively this fits the bill.
