Grand Palladium Jamaica Resort Spa All Inclusive

This was the absolute worst vacation my family has ever experienced and we will never return. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was awful; despite booking our rooms together in advance, the hotel split our family up at check-in, treated us horribly when we pointed out the mistake, and forced us to pay a ridiculous, unexplained extra fee just to move our kids into our room. The accommodations were completely substandard and dirty, including bugs inside the rooms which is a massive hygiene violation. To make matters worse, the food was a total disaster—the buffet was terrible, tasteless, and served the exact same cheap dishes day after day with zero variety. Even the specialty restaurants that required a reservation were horrific, serving sub-standard food in laughably small portions that left my family hungry after every single meal. Save your money and avoid this hotel at all costs, as they overcharge you for their own mistakes and do not care about their guests.

We had such a great time at this resort. The pools were nice, the spa was fantastic and so relaxing but the silent winner was the kids club. We reviewed the activities daily with my kids thinking they would want to go here and there, but they ended up staying all day a few of the days we stayed there. The kids camp employees were so so amazing. On top of a day packed full of activities, they alap organized shows for the kids to rehearse and put on 3 nights and had other activities (movie night, cookie decorating, etc) other nights. My kids completed got attached to Zody and did NOT want to leave at the end of our stay. The employees were communicative and helpful and my kids loved them all. 10/10 recommend!
