Five stars to the POP (People of Palladium) entertainment crew, especially Tashae and all the amazing ladies working hard at the kids’ club! My 5 y.o absolutely loved going there every day. They offered a great variety of activities for her throughout our stay, and the staff truly put in so much effort from morning to night to keep the kids engaged and happy. My daughter especially enjoyed breakfast with Raggs, the science lessons, playground games, and arts and crafts. She had an incredible spring break, largely thanks to her experience at the kids’ club. The service throughout our stay was excellent. From check-in to dining, bar, and pool service, everyone was friendly, courteous, and made us feel very welcome. That said, the facility itself could use some improvement. Our room felt a bit outdated, and parts of the resort were under repair during our stay. Overall, it felt more average than what you’d expect from a 5-star resort. The food was good, and there were plenty of options at the buffet that the kids enjoyed. I especially liked dining at Xaymaica, the Jamaican restaurant—it was a highlight for me. The beach was beautiful and not overly crowded, even during peak season. There was a great swimming area, as well as a rocky section perfect for exploring. My daughter loved searching for hermit crabs and snails there. The pool, however, was very busy, and it was difficult to find seating unless you went early to claim chairs. Unfortunately, some guests reserved chairs early in the morning without using them until much later, and although there is a rule against this, it wasn’t enforced. Overall, we really enjoyed the entertainment team, service, and food. While some areas of the resort could use improvement, I would definitely recommend it to families with young children.

We traveled with a group of 7. The resort workers were so kind and helpful. We had dinner at El Dorado. Food was not good and took over 2.5 hours. It was 1hr 42 mins for the soup to come out. We had Sumptuori for Teppanyaki one night and sushi another. Both were good but the night we did sushi was better. La Adelita was not good but our waiter was amazing. Xaymaica was sooooo good. Everything had a ton of flavor and we were all blown away by it. Definitely one of our favorite restaurants. Portofino was really good as well. They have really stepped their pizza game up. Poseidon was also very good. We all enjoyed the food except for El Dorado and La Adelita. The drinks were good and flowing and strong. In fact, they were three nights someone in our party wouldn’t make it to dinner because they got too festive during the day. 🤣 We thought the beaches were all beautiful. We had access to all of them and really enjoyed snorkeling. I don’t think I would do the private pool again in March. It was kind of windy and chilly so we never used it. I think I would like a hot tub better at that time of year! We went to the Rock show and Michael Jackson Show. Both were good but the Rock show was our favorite. We also enjoyed karaoke, the white party, the silent disco, and the live music. Our cart driver Carl was incredible! He was one of the people who truly made our stay memorable and enjoyable. He was so friendly and remembered us almost immediately. We LOVED him!! We will be back. They are building a TRS and Family selection there so when that opens, we will be there all the time.

Upon arrival, we didn't have a king bed like we requested and paid for they didn't make it right. Also, the shuttle barely came to get us when we called for a service and we were without water for two whole days for how much it cost I would have expected a resolution or some type of compensation

Not a 5* hotel. Appreciate time to rebuild post Melissa but basics of service and food options should not be affected. Very limited vegetarian options as all dining options and often made with same utensils. Room not 5* standard.
