Grand Palladium Jamaica Resort Spa All Inclusive

The Grand Palladium was excellent. The service was excellent. Everyone was friendly and eager to help. The sunshine, beautiful pool and beaches also made it fantastic.

My wife and I had a great experience at this hotel. The only suggestion is that alcoholic products be labeled. We had drinks from the buffet that had alcohol but we had no idea because the label did not say it. This also was the case for some desserts. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone! Jehrado and Joseph were two workers that definitely deserves a raise! And our server at Xyamaca restaurant.

The grand palladium in whole was not a bad experience. This was my second time there, so I knew what I was getting into. Sub par food and service but there are shining stars on the resort. Moonlight dinner (a $200 usd add on) was absolutely worth it! The cleaning staff was excellent and arrived around the same time every day. The pool was nice and the bartenders learned your order quickly if you had a preference. Be prepared to tip almost everyone you speak to or you feel like they won’t help you again (this comment does not apply to cleaning staff or bartenders)

Our whole family (13 of us) just returned from Grand Palladium in Jamaica. Wow! What a wonderful experience. The weather was perfect, the accommodations excellent, and the food and drinks wereincredibly varied and delicious and plentiful beyond expectations.. This was our first experience in such a resort and I would call it hugely successful. We swam in the pools and sea while enjoying some relaxation either poolside or on the beautiful beach. The nightly entertainment was very enjoyable, especially on New Years Eve! But the most incredible part of our stay was the hospitality of the staff. Every single employee at the resort was warm , friendly, and helpful. Remember, this follows a terrible hurricane which devastated the island. Yet, the resort has been rebuilt and the staff couldn’t be any more friendly. This was genuinely the best feature of our trip. All of us are going to miss the affection of the Jamaican people. It is a testament to the culture of the island! The hardships endured by the residents of Jamaica are left behind when the employees of the Grand Palladium greet and cater to their guests. Same for everyone else we met on the island. I can’t recommend Grand Palladium Jamaica Resort and Spa enough! Tom and Marcia, Maine, USA
