Byli jsme moc spokojeni a budeme s láskou vzpomínat na pobyt ve vašem hotelu. Všechny služby byly na vysoké úrovni. Personál velmi milý a vždy ochotný pomoci. Využili jsme i služeb místního fotografa. Language: czech

The weather was great. I really enjoyed the pool and free drinks. Looking forward it to Jamaica again maybe different resort.

The staff, the jamaïcain people were so patient and loving, honnestly the Best professional service, they were not clingy but always available and responsive. We have travelled alot and I was so surprised and happy about the service. The restaurants à la carte were « OK », the food is generally very good, lots of options. The beach and the pools were well kept up, clean… lots of options, we loves kayaking at sunset cove. The down side … The rooms where we were, were kind of old and not super cool, air conditioning was bad very bad… for a 5star hôtel as it was sold to us, the rooms lady Hamilton side were a bit disapointing, definitly need to be updated to fit the rest of the hôtel and the entertainement and service they already procure. Kids club was diversified althought we attendant only once. I recommend for sure but would advise to not be pickup about the rooms overall accommodation.

Beautiful resort with super staff! Beaches and pools were clean and enjoyable. Restaurants were top notch.

Jeffery at the bar by the sand volleyball is the man! Overall great experience after having our Mexico plans fall apart! Beaches are perfect! Jerk chicken at Sunset cove is top notch!
