Beautiful hotel. Great food. Friendly staff. Loved Sunset Cove Beach. Lovely rooms. We went not knowing what to expect after the Hurricane. They had all the guests on the Palladium side instead of Lady Hamilton. We never had a problem finding a beach or pool lounger or making a reservation at a specialty restaurant. They were all great. I would go back anytime soon. It was a great family vacation. My grandson loved the kids pool. Christmas was lots of fun with Santa arriving and a big brass band bringing him in. He arrived in a convertible! I would definitely book the Lady Hamilton side and just hang out at Sunset Cove. Nice swimming and snorkeling there. Lunch options at Poseidon or the jerk hut. Don't hesitate to book and ignore the whiner reviews! The "concierge" people when you wait to check in are wanting to sell timeshare or Palladium Club or something. I would have preferred if this was presented honestly when they approached me. I thought it was part of the check in and then had to dodge their phone calls. They had on teal bows. ,If I go back I will tell them I am not interested from the get go.

My family and I have been coming to this resort for 10+ years (we even have a family tree between villa 11&12 significant for my Moms passing) and we will NOT be returning. We had a family trip of 15, 2 rooms in our group flooded and needed to be moved at 3am. I was misinformed how much a bottle of wine for dinner would cost (I was told by the sales lady with signature level it would be 50% off and they charged me only 15% off upon checking out. Had steak at the steakhouse, only 1 steak out of the 7 at our table was cooked properly, had another steak at the Italian restaurant, it definitely wasn't a "filet" as described and it was ice cold when served. Lobster tail barely had any meat inside of it, not worth paying for it. This place has TREMEDOUSLY declined, it is not what it used to be at all. I understand the circumstaces with the island recovering from the storm, that was considered, however even in the preceding 2 or 3 years we've traveled here we have noticed its severe decline. I would recommend staying at a different resort.

We recognize that this facility was likely not back to fully operational but we would have appreciated more transparency from management. The staff were very gracious and responsive but were not able to resolve all of the challenges with our stay. We did love the location and several of the restaurants.

Came not knowing what to expect after Hurricane Melissa. We were moved from Lady Hamilton side to Jamaican side of the resort due to on going repair works. Despite what theyve all been through, all the staff were so friendly and so polite especially Althea. Always had a smile on her face and a great asset for this hotel. Would we come back, yes we would and hopefully they will then be fully up and running in every part of the resort. 😊
