We had a wonderful vacation overall and genuinely enjoyed our time in the Caribbean. The resort has many strengths, and we appreciated the spacious room, comfortable bed, and beautiful surroundings. However, a number of small but noticeable details kept the experience from matching the five‑star standard we expected based on the reviews we read before booking. There were recurring issues with air‑conditioning, occasional service inconsistencies, and some maintenance details that could have been handled with more care. Dining was pleasant but not always as polished or well‑supported as we’ve experienced at other Jamaican resorts. None of these concerns ruined our stay, but together they made the experience feel less refined than anticipated. Despite these points, we still had a great holiday and enjoyed the warmth and beauty of the island. With more attention to detail and consistency, the resort has the potential to deliver the five‑star experience many guests look forward to.
