A great family vacation the views at this resort are some of the most beautiful I have ever seen 🇯🇲☀️. Despite reviews we found the girls at the Lady Hamilton very lovely and helpful and they even remembered us upon check out and had no issues with their service. We were in building 34 in a suite and our maid Camille kept it clean each day and our mini fridge was stocked daily . She was so kind and we would talk every day before she started and with her colleagues as well . Our room ac worked well our son and his girlfriends room ran a bit warm but they only discovered the fan switch beside their bed day 3 . When we requested extra bedding for our son on the sleeper sofa it arrived with no issues right away . The food at the Negril and MO Bay buffets were great it's a smaller buffet but we never went hungry jerk chicken jerk sausage patties , salmon, Mahi Mahi, oxtail, pasta station and their pizza was awesome to name a few . The swim up bar staff were great. Steven and the rest of the staff went above and beyond. I loved loved loved Miss Lous coffee shop☕️ .. Alex awesome and I visited several times a day for thr cappuccino. I am obsessed with the red velvet loaf and miss it already Finally please tip the staff and tell them you appreciate them.. we saw no one tipping there. I will tell you it is so appreciated to them if you have ever worked any customer service job you know how hard it is . Be prepared to walk it is a large resort but it will be a good way to burn off the beverages and extra treats consumed during your stay. I would prefer to give this place zero stars. The rooms are not nice- you are paying for a 5 star resort and you get a 2-3 star resort AT BEST. I understand there was a major hurricane last year, but it is obvious this place opened way too soon after the storm. Repairs had to be rushed and done badly. Ceilings are leaking all over the place in common areas- super slippery, wet floors throughout the ENTIRE resort. Plaster falling from the ceilings, mold stains everywhere. The connecting door to the suite would not open so we called maintenance on our first night there. They stayed in our room until 11PM drilling, banging, sawing. We requested a room change and got it, but the door had the same issue-luckily the bellman was able to force it open without having to call maintenance-so we just had to leave it open the rest of the trip. The rooms did not feel clean- you cannot walk barefoot in your room. The bathrooms were not clean-black around the tubs, toilet was leaning to one side. The toilet had 2 flusher buttons- one of the buttons was not working. The pool is only open from 9am-6pm and even then, we couldn't access the pool until almost 10am most days because they don't start cleaning the pool until after 8am. The swim up bar is supposed to open at 10am but they don't start stocking the bar until 10am, so you cant even order until almost 10:15. The one good thing I can say about this resort is the views of the pool and beach are absolutely beautiful! If you need any help or have any issues you have to physically walk to the front desk (which is FAR from anywhere-and no elevators anywhere, so good luck to you if you have any room above the first floor) the phones in the rooms would not work-when I went to request water bottles for our room I was forced to walk around for 30 minutes until I found a bar who could give me water bottles. While waiting in line for over 40 minutes to get help from the front desk, I encountered 4 different families complaining about the condition of their rooms- No A/C-mold in bathrooms, leaking ceilings in the room, broken mini fridges-on and on and on. On top of all of that, the food is absolutely TERRIBLE- even the fruit is bad. This trip was not relaxing- I was ready to go home on day 2- do not under any circumstances waste your money on this place

Had a wonderful stay at Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. The resort is beautiful, with well-maintained grounds, stunning views, and plenty of activities to enjoy. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, making us feel valued throughout our stay. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a great vacation. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of options at both the buffet and specialty restaurants. We especially appreciated the quality of the meals and the attentive service. The pools and beach areas were fantastic, offering plenty of space to relax and soak up the sun. There was also great entertainment in the evenings, which added to the overall experience
