Ocean Coral Spring

What a huge disappointment. See pictures below. July 21-July25th 2026. When I search for places to take my family, I filter for 5 star only. This resort is in no way up to standard of a 5 star resort. After checking in at 5pm, my family went to dinner and then returned to the room. The room was occupied by 4 but they stocked the bathroom with only 3 towels and washcloths. I called around 8pm to request additional towel and washcloths. It wasn’t until having to call 8 times over 2hrs that I finally had to beg and plead on how unfair this situation had become. Finally I demanded to speak to the Night Duty Manager Claudia, who ensured they would get them soon so that I could shower after my long flight and overall long day. My towel and washcloths did not arrive at 1040pm. After pacing out of frustration, i sat down to find that the bottom of my feet were filthy. This hotel is so disgusting, it’ll make your skin crawl. I had to use baby wipes and a used towel to clean the floors. Couches are stained. Pull out couch is severely rusted, we could not even grab the bar to rusted pull to bed out and honestly I was nervous on what I would find. The shower floors were chipped, I thought it was black mold. After inspection, there were just excessive chips. I was so uncomfortable, I used slippers every time I went to shower. The swim up bar was all rusted, I couldn’t believe my eyes.

Shane at Martha’s market was soo helpful and enjoyable to be around and see! Would interact with my 15 month old son every morning we were there!

My family and I, 4 people, stayed there for 8 days in July 2026. The resort is beautiful and has a lot of activities planned for some very nice entertainment.( shows every night, live piano in the lobby, family lounge, bowling, VR). The food at the buffet is excellent and has various themes going on along the week. The Italian restaurant is OK, but the fried calamari and steak and salad are worth the stop. You have access to very different restaurants that all carry very good food ( Route 66- barbecue style, the Thali- Indian food, the Sakura- Japanese and a jerk shack where you can eat the local food). At the buffet, I would like to particularly thank Raquel, Claudia and Aquesha who’ve been our waitresses. 3 extraordinary women, who gave us utmost attention and Kindness. Shandace at the bar next to the ice cream station was also somebody who stroke us with her kindness and professionalism. And not to forget about Neresa at the family lounge, and all the staff at the lobby bar. Everyone we encountered with were beyond kind, welcoming and eager to help us.They made up for the few cons I would like to underline. 1st: the room cleaning service was not totally on point , towels and mini bar refill wise. We had to call the reception on several occasions to request some towels , water and beers. Despite that, the room was very clean. 2d: One of the salesperson at the souvenir store, the one located close to the ice cream station was beyond rude and should definitely be addressed by her manager for her unprofessional behaviour. She rudely spoke to me and had the nerve to call me “ honey”, with a disrespectful attitude, when I politely and kindly ask if I could have some change, after I paid for my items.” We don’t do change in here honey”! Excuse me ?? I replied very coldly that I wasn’t her honey. I really felt disrespected, and taken aback by such rudeness. Thank God the other girls I previously mentioned made me forget about this incident. 3rd: Nothing to do with the people, but the beach was also just ok. Beautiful fishes to see yes, but very shallow and partially rocky with no deep end to swim freely. However, it is very picturesque and family oriented. Overall, we highly recommend this resort for a quite and relaxing family vacation. Note that it is 45 minutes from the Montego Bay airport, so you have the chance to see sights the city.

Not recommended. We booked two rooms, they had a record of only one. It took four hours to get us the one room that they should had ready and another full day for our second. No towels to be had anywhere for the beach or pool. Debris everywhere, and food slow to replenish at the buffet. Overall a very disappointing experience.

I have to say, this has been such an amazing vacation! We stayed at Ocean Coral Spring, and from the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel so welcome. Every single staff member we came across was so kind, friendly, and genuinely happy to help. They really made us feel like family, and because of them, we’ll definitely be coming back! There are a few people I just have to recognize because they made our trip even more special. First, Shannah K. hands down the best gluten free chef we’ve ever met! ❤️ Our kids have celiac disease, and traveling can sometimes be stressful when it comes to food. She made sure they always had safe, delicious meals and, more importantly, made them feel included and cared for. She truly went above and beyond for our family, and we’ll never forget her kindness. Thank you so much for going the extra mile for our kiddies! And we have to give a huge shout-out to the pool bar crew, Shashanell, Jaheim, and Lamar! You guys were the BEST! 🍹 Every day they kept the fun going, made incredible drinks and the tastiest shots, and always greeted us with a smile whenever they saw us around the resort. They made everyone feel welcome and were always ready to help with anything. They honestly made every pool day even better! Can’t forget my girl Brittany!!! 💕 She made sure we were having an absolute blast from keeping the energy up by the pool, to the evening dances at Martha’s, and even making our bowling night so much fun. She truly went above and beyond to make our vacation unforgettable! Thank you to all the amazing staff! -One Love 💚
