Ocean Eden Bay

Hotel was amazing! All staff at this hotel were so friendly, happy and had good vibes! We loved the big selection of restaurants to dine in (there’s lots). There was a great selection of food and beverages for everyone. Most restaurants were great for allocating to allergies which is very important for me. All facilities were clean and modern. Pool was massive and there was no issues finding a sun bed. The beach is lovely and water is super clear. Bring water shoes as there is a lot of rocks in water! Hotel rooms were fresh, well equipped and modern. The entertainment was AMAZING! Both kash (with a k) and billy and the rest of the entertainment team worked super hard and kept the hotels good vibe alive. From fire shows to party’s and live shows were great and really well organised My only con is that our room on one day was missed been cleaned (I know these things can happen however this shouldn’t have happened at a 5 star resort) My other con is that the Captains market would be more convenient if you could also serve your own drinks as well as food (sometimes I had eat most of my food before I was served my drink, which I understand staff are busy but if I could get my own drink I wouldn’t be waiting) Overall, we couldn’t recommend this hotel enough and all staff went above and beyond to make our stay the best it could be!

Our stay at Ocean Eden Bay was fantastic for many reasons. Located in Trelawny, it only required a short drive through the Coral Spring area from off the highway, maybe 5 minutes. It's a very large and scenic resort with many amenities. The room layout was very clean and welcoming. Our bed was very comfortable, bathroom was nice, and there was a fantastic view from the balcony, where you could lounge very comfortably. It's a very active hotel, to its benefit, while you can usually hear a lot going on outside, inside the room is very quiet. Speaking on activity, this is the first hotel I've been to where there is something to do almost every minute of the day. There are planned activities throughout the day, until as late as 2 am, and even then, there's a restaurant that's open up till 6 am, so if you're up late at night, you can still get a bite to eat. The service would likely be the top of my list though, as the workers are kind and helpful, and many of them went out of their way for us, without being asked to. From the bell hop, to restaurant staff, to front desk attendants, they all made the stay a great one. I can without a doubt say the hotel is worth every dollar, and I wish I could stay longer.

Everythinggg! The staff, food and drinks everywhere and all-inclusive and lots of activities to do during the day AND during the night straight up to 2 am. My Booking.com concierge Toni-Ann took such good care of us during my stay, made me a proud client of the app. She also personally decorated our room for our anniversary day along with a complimentary glass of wine and sorted a Romantic Breakfast for us in the morning, making it easier to eat together in the comfort of our room before we leave. Toni-Ann is always smiling, welcome, confident and gets the job done! She deserves all her flowers. I also am grateful for some other specific staff members for adding to my great experience- Tevin our bellman gave us a lovely introduction, tour and guide to our room. He also sorted for us an anniversary banner for our door and a complimentary bottle of wine. He also greeted us anytime he saw us afterwards. Jouvon (server) and Fitzroy (chef) from Sakura were very engaging and took care us and all other attendees. They made us feel special for our anniversary. Nelton, from Mike's Coffee, one of the best and hardworking baristas I've ever come across- great coffee every time. Kevia (waitress) from La Locanda was so great to us on our anniversary morning. She also got us an unexpected "happy anniversary" dessert from the chef. Oswell from Route 66. Also the staff at the Steakhouse where we celebrated our anniversary night, one of the waitresses even sang to us! So sorry I don't remember the names but they all were pleasant cheerful and gave us a great night. This dinner was also booked us upon the recommendation of our awesome concierge, Toni-Ann!! As a local, I'm happy to have a great time at this lovely hotel. Treated with so much respect and love. We will be back! Thank you Ocean Eden for making our stay awesome.
