Po příjezdu na hotel jsme byly okouzleny vstupní halou, která má krásný výhled na bazény. Personál byl velmi milý a vstřícný. ve všem ochotně poradil . Animační programy na hotelu byly zábavné, animátoři jsou profesionálové a zvládají spoustu věcí . Určitě je náročná práce. Ostatní číšníci a obsluha byli perfektní, vždy milí a ochotní. Bazény a okolí hotelu velmi krásné,vždy dostatek lehátek a skvěle zásobený bar . Pokoje čisté,upravené . Přístup k oceánu trochu náročnější a dál od hotelu, ale je to příjemná procházka s hezkým výhledem na oceán. Jídlo velmi pestré, velký výběr zeleniny , ryby, maso. Za nás maximální spokojenost

I always read reviews before I book but also like to make my own mind up, especially when it comes to people moaning about food at an all inclusive. Here is my review:- Pros. Nice hotel, clean with friendly helpful staff. Pool areas are great and the spa with jacuzzi, sauna ,steam room and indoor pool are fab. Rooms are a little tired but very clean. Cons :- miles from anywhere (beach isnt too far but its a tough walk up and down if you have any issues, cannot reach the beach by car, but its definitely worth going to if you can. Food in all inclusive is the usual, nothing to get excited about, but its ok, even al a carte is just ok, as you dont get much choice. Pool bar is only open a random times (some days not at all) which is terrible, should be open all day everyday. BBQ on a Thursday isnt always on, even though advertised as every week. Spa has an adults only time (16.00 - 18.00), but nobody monitors it so children are in there all day. Lift states a -1 level to beach gate, but there isnt an option to go to -1 as its either locked or not there. All entertainment caters for the French . All in all, its not a bad hotel, but could be a bit better. Maybe run transport to beach , even at a small cost. Mix entertainment to cater for other nationalities. Have pool bar open all day everyday. Have BBQ every Thursday as advertised. Sort out the adult only bit in spa. And finally, make sure there us always HP brown sauce available at breakfast

If you are looking for a bit of sunshine and nice weather this is the place for you. the loungers were great, spaced out and different areas to sit and enjoy the sun all day. there is also a kids pool available if you have kids. staff were very nice, morning, afternoon and evening they were helpful and did a great job at cleaning the rooms. the issues with this holiday is that if you are looking for something to do during the days, there is not a lot to do in the surrounding area or in the resort. additionally, the food was 50/50 on most nights, the quality was okay. but there was a lack of variety. the themed nights did not impress as we were seeing similar foods every night. there is no pool bar, you have to go to the bar inside, you have to dry off completely to be served in this bar. and the evening bar shuts at 11pm the only way you can get drinks is if you upgrade your room to the My Favourite Club. as the lounge is open till later. as I upgraded, this was convenient and a really nice space with tables inside with aircon, or seats outside and sun loungers for the day time unfortunately the cocktails are from the machine, which they don’t taste like your original “sex on the beach” or other cocktails which is disappointing. although this does not impact the scoring of this resort, i would like to say that it is worth shutting your balcony doors around 4:30-5pm and just having the air conditioning on as if you leave the doors open you will find yourself running around your room at 1-2am trying to kill mosquitoes. We stayed for a week, and it was everything we needed in terms of comfort, drinks and sunshine. however please do not expect luxury high end hotels.

We are very upset and dissatisfied with how the AluaVillage Fuerteventura treats cats that stay within the hotel borders. We were informed by the staff, that guests cannot feed the cats and they aren’t fed by the hotel either. The cats are forbidden to be fed by guests, and they are starving (waking us up at 4 am crying for food, cats fighting each other for a piece of food, walking into room through balcony and begging to be fed, disturbing guests on the terrace with loud meows because of hunger, digging rubbish to find food etc). We were greatly disturbed and heartbroken to see house animals be treated like vermins, especially since cats are very beneficial for the hotel as great pest control (we chose this hotel because of positive opinions about lack of cocroaches, which are eradicated by the cats, contrary to nearby hotele having them), and in our culture cats are loved and they are very sweet and friendly animals. The way hotel treats cats is heartless and despicable. Once they are within hotel borders, stay on hotel ground and sleep there, fend for food, they are no longer random cats but they belong to the hotel. The guests can’t even feed them, which is even more disturbing. Do you just expect them to starve and die? I will not reccomend the hotel, until they start to care for these cats well being, sterilize them so they won’t uncontrollably breed and feed them nutritonal cat wet food every day.

I stayed at Alua Village in September and the reception service was perfect; they fulfilled every request I had. Gabriel, in particular, was really skilled and patient. The food was good and satisfied every preference—I’m a chef, so I know my way around. The lounge of the Mu Favorite Club was also well stocked, and the coffee was excellent. The only downside was the mosquitoes. Sometimes just placing citronella candles or lamps can solve the problem. Often we couldn’t use the terrace because there were so many. But other than that, it was an excellent vacation. The room cleanliness was outstanding (thank you, Macarena!). Thank you for the wonderful holiday!
