Po příjezdu na hotel jsme byly okouzleny vstupní halou, která má krásný výhled na bazény. Personál byl velmi milý a vstřícný. ve všem ochotně poradil . Animační programy na hotelu byly zábavné, animátoři jsou profesionálové a zvládají spoustu věcí . Určitě je náročná práce. Ostatní číšníci a obsluha byli perfektní, vždy milí a ochotní. Bazény a okolí hotelu velmi krásné,vždy dostatek lehátek a skvěle zásobený bar . Pokoje čisté,upravené . Přístup k oceánu trochu náročnější a dál od hotelu, ale je to příjemná procházka s hezkým výhledem na oceán. Jídlo velmi pestré, velký výběr zeleniny , ryby, maso. Za nás maximální spokojenost

We had a wonderful 7 nights enjoying the sunshine last week however, we found our most enjoyable parts were outside of the hotel spent down at the beach just a short walk from the hotel (which was incredibly beautiful)! Our main reasoning behind this was because non of the outside spaces at the hotel were designated to either be "non-smoking" or a "smoking area". As non-smokers and someone who suffers from severe asthma, I struggle with being around a large amount of smokers and unfortunately, the majority of the French guests all seemed to smoke, literally everywhere and anywhere outside. From being surrounded by it at the pool sun beds, to sitting in the A la carte restaurant and people smoking outside the doorway and it blowing into our faces whilst trying to eat (resulting in us leaving our meal early), to all the seats outside the bar/evening entertainment being all filled with smokers again. This meant we found ourselves therefore spending more time on our own patio with drinks purchased from the local supermarket, rather than being able to enjoy the benefits of our all inclusive holiday. Other than that, the hotel was lovely, room was incredibly clean and spacious with a lovely patio out the back. The food in the buffet restaurant was good. We found the A la carte was a bit of a let down. We were sat down and handed three plates of food, but not once asked to order separate wine or drinks, just had 1 glass of water and the free cocktail on arrival. The maids/cleaners we're all incredibly friendly and all had very warm welcoming smiles every morning. The entertainment team were brilliant all week, full of energy and tried their hardest to include everyone.

Honestly this hotel is quite a good choice for this island, fun experiences , good choices of food (good standard for an all inclusive option) and we are staying for a week (5/7 days as of writing this. There is a pool under construction , however they manage to keep a stable workplace and organise it so it is not an underlying issue. The staff are nice , friendly and helpful and the amenities are good too. I wouldn’t give it a top standard 5 star for more respectable reasons that most would understand. There was nothing bad happening till later when several cockroaches started appearing in the bathroom. It’s not the nicest to think that there is a possible infestation and the cleaners didn’t really do anything about it. We’re leaving soon so it’s not the biggest concern however I would just be careful with the hygiene standards. But in overall terms, this is a good hotel I would recommend it.

Lovely hotel. Shame about the entertainment team they didn’t want to know us. My partner enjoys this kind of things too. It seemed all they wanted to do was to interact with the French which made us feel very uncomfortable especially has they totally ignored us. Other than that the hotel and other staff were lovely especially Robert who worked in the restaurant and bar he was a happy character who made us really welcome.

We booked Alua Village last minute and it was a wonderful experience. The food options were pretty standard but there was themed nights during the week which increased the range. The evening entertainment was good, with something on everyday. We paid for the 'My Favourite Club' which was definitely worth the money and gave us access to additional seating and a lovely lounge area with drinks and snacks - perfect for a drink on the balcony or cards/games in the evening. It also meant our room was very near to the pool/bars. There was easy access to the beach, via a path from the hotel. When we visited the 'medium' pool was undergoing works but it looks as though it is going to be good when it is completed, and this didn't impact our stay too much as the builders were very respectful and there was still plenty of pool/outside space. The entertainment was good with a wide range of classes including aqua gym, cocktail classes and other sports. There was also a gym which was slightly dated but functional enough. Overall a good holiday if you are looking for the perfect balance of enteratinement/activity as well as relaxation
