Po příjezdu na hotel jsme byly okouzleny vstupní halou, která má krásný výhled na bazény. Personál byl velmi milý a vstřícný. ve všem ochotně poradil . Animační programy na hotelu byly zábavné, animátoři jsou profesionálové a zvládají spoustu věcí . Určitě je náročná práce. Ostatní číšníci a obsluha byli perfektní, vždy milí a ochotní. Bazény a okolí hotelu velmi krásné,vždy dostatek lehátek a skvěle zásobený bar . Pokoje čisté,upravené . Přístup k oceánu trochu náročnější a dál od hotelu, ale je to příjemná procházka s hezkým výhledem na oceán. Jídlo velmi pestré, velký výběr zeleniny , ryby, maso. Za nás maximální spokojenost

There are some great things about this hotel, especially for the price - but some areas are quite lacking & need consideration before you book. We booked with Jet2Holidays who call this 4*. It certainly isn't, and feel more like an average 3* hotel. See below: Good things: - The buffet food is great. It was varied with themed nights, particularly at dinner. Lots of delicious seafood & even a poolside BBQ at lunch one day. - The outdoor pool area was lovely. Great view, clean, and plenty of sunbed space. - The entertainment staff are friendly and work incredibly hard. The staff are French (the main demographic for the hotel) but they came to chat to us in English & made us feel welcome. There's a good range of activities (sports, quizzes, karaoke...) - In fact, all of the hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. They work incredibly hard. - The beach is approx 10 mins away and is beautiful. There is a nice beach bar, surf rental, and crystal clear water. Bad things: - The rooms. If you're expecting 4* (as was advertised to us) you'll be incredibly disappointed. We actually had to move rooms upon checking in as the first room smelled strongly of smoke, had cigarette burns on the bed, rusty fridge, cracked and dirty tiles and a dirty bathroom. To the hotel's credit they moved us quickly but even the second room (though cleaner) was tired and basic. It had a grubby bathroom, damaged light fitting & water stains on the ceiling from a previous leak. They desperately need renovation. - This is the first hotel where I have had to pay a deposit (in cash only) of 10 euros per pool towel. The hotel then charge 1 euro per day to clean these towels. Bizarre. There was also a fee to use the safe (17 euros per week). - The drinks selection was mixed. Beer and wine are available self-service from a tap & ice buckets which was fun. However we did not find a cocktail that was nice & most were weak and tasteless even by all-inclusive standards. - Drinks cups are given out on a token system. This wasn't really explained to us at check in and it took a while to get our heads around it. Basically, you are given 2 tokens which you exchange for plastic cups. You then need to bring back two cups (or two tokens) every time you want a drink. If you lose a token or cup it is a bit of a hassle to explain and have it replaced. I didn't think I'd have to worry about losing my drinks cups on holiday. Other things to consider: - The hotel is remote so you need a taxi to get to the nearest town, Morro Jable. It is not walkable particularly along the beach in places. Taxis cost about 10 euros each way. Obviously this is not fault of the hotel but it's something that you need to consider.

My partner and I have just returned from a week-long stay at Alua Village, and we generally had a marvelous experience. We enjoyed plenty of sunshine throughout the trip, although we did encounter a minor issue with a Saharan sandstorm that affected the local weather. Naturally, this was an act of nature and was in no way the fault of the hotel staff or management. Dining and Cuisine Regarding the food, I had previously read numerous reviews that were quite critical of the dining options. As a self-proclaimed fussy eater, I was initially concerned; however, I quickly realized there was truly nothing to worry about. The selection was consistent and reliable, always featuring staples such as pizza, burgers, hot dogs, fries, and fish. In addition to these favorites, there was a wide variety of other dishes that would certainly suit most palates, including a different meat option every single day. While the themed nights were slightly underwhelming because only one or two dishes actually focused on the specific theme, the Tex-Mex night was a notable highlight thanks to a fantastic nacho cheese fountain. Accommodations and Facilities Our room was located in the 2000s block. It was a bit of a walk to reach the main areas, so if you have mobility issues, I would strongly recommend trying to arrange for a room closer to the hotel hub. It is my understanding, however, that the closest rooms are often reserved for those with the "My Favorite Club" upgrades. Inside the room, the air conditioning worked efficiently, though we did notice a few drips coming from the vent. This was not a significant cause for concern for us, but it is worth noting. One aspect we found quite unusual was the requirement to pay a daily fee for access to the room safe. I feel that security for personal belongings should be included in the stay as a standard feature, as every guest deserves to feel that their items are secure without an extra charge. Staff and Service The staff made a lasting impression on us. Since it was our birthday during the stay, the hotel team thoughtfully posted cards through our door wishing us a happy birthday. This was a lovely, personal gesture that we truly appreciated. On the service front, the experience was a bit of a mix. Lili at the pool bar was exceptional and always made us feel like valued guests. Similarly, Esteban at the upstairs bar was fantastic and incredibly efficient at his job. On the other hand, a few other staff members seemed somewhat judgmental, making us feel almost guilty for ordering drinks on our all-inclusive holiday. At the reception desk, Alex and Gabriel were very attentive. They were happy to assist us when we accidentally locked our key in the room. Furthermore, when I fell and cut my knee, Gabriel was wonderful and offered everything available from his first aid kit to help me out. Entertainment and Atmosphere The entertainment situation was perhaps the most polarizing part of the trip. The activities and shows are almost exclusively in French. If you are not a French speaker and you enjoy evening entertainment, this might not be the right fit for you. We attended one night regardless and found it was not quite to our taste, although the French guests seemed to enjoy it immensely. The entertainment manager, Ozz, was a massive standout. He was fantastic and made a genuine effort to come over and converse with us. He was more than happy to talk about football and even agreed with me that Everton is the superior Merseyside team! Unfortunately, most of the other entertainment team members seemed to exclude non-French speakers entirely, even going as far as shouting over a staff member who was trying to translate for us in English. Location and Practical Tips The location is ideal for anyone who, like us, enjoys making the most of the all-inclusive facilities by spending time at the pool or the bars. There is a supermarket within a short walking distance, but there is not much else in the immediate vicinity. A few practical tips for future guests: • Pool Towels: You can provide a €10 deposit for towels. If you want them replaced with fresh ones, there is a €2 charge per instance. We simply kept the same ones and let them dry on the balcony. • Water: I highly recommend bringing a refillable water bottle. The hotel does not provide free bottled water, but there are taps available in all the bars and restaurants where you can refill your own bottle for free. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend this hotel to those looking for a relaxing poolside getaway.

Amazing food, helpful and friendly staff. Pool water was really cold but didn’t matter that much. Everything else was excellent. Had a nice room with sea view.

We booked a standard room thinking that a 4* standard would be enough - we were wrong. No tea/coffee, room miles away from hotel and extra cost to use the safe (?) Upgraded to ‘My Favourite Club’ for closer room and tea/coffee. The upgrade probably made the experience more 3* than 2* but now it cost the same as other, much better, 4* hotels. We got a room under the pool balcony where the umbrellas banged all night in the wind so we didn’t get any sleep for 3 nights while the wind was strong. The man on reception during the day was very good - the woman on in the evening was surly, abrasive and rude and to be honest, is probably in the wrong profession as she gave us virtually no information on arrival and seemed to be inconvenienced by other guests rather than helpful towards them. Food is OK - Luke warm and ‘samey’ but OK. Have met quite a few people that said they usually stay at the Princess across the way from here but thought they would give this a try - None of us will be back.
