Arena Castillo Apartments

What an amazing week in this hotel! Me and my 16 year old son have just come back from here and no complaints at all. The rooms are beautiful, I booked a superior 1 bedroom apartment and the space in it was fab!! My son had the bedroom which he said was the most comfiest bed and the ceiling fan was an added bonus of comfort and I had the sofa bed which was so unbelievably comfy! I had amazing sleep each night, the pillows are the lushest and because the air con in the room is also top notch it made the whole sleep factor easy!! Staff - every single one is pleasant, smiley and helpful regardless of role! Alba and Maria are just fab ladies and so funny! Quick witted, dry sense of humour and great at keeping people entertained!! All staff can’t do enough for you! The atmosphere around the whole hotel is just lovely and relaxed! No one is in a hurry to do things, loads of sunbeds available throughout the hotel, rooftop terrace is proper chill on the large garden sofas, amazing cocktails and music! :) The hotel is in a great location and only a 5 min walk to the harbour and beach! That area is equally chill, clean and lovely! Supermarket opposite which pretty much has everything you could need! I would 100% come back here in a heartbeat. Thanks

Fantastic stay at the arena hotel, exceptional staff. Breakfast great , cooked to order and beautifully presented. Rooms spacious and comfortable, cleaned on a daily basis. The 2 girls running the entertainment around the pool were exceptional. Highly recommend this hotel , I have already booked for my second visit in September.

Fantastic hotel. Would highly recommend! We had to come home early due to family illness and the hotel staff were so accommodating. We will be back!

An absolutely fantastic stay Location was superb in walking distance to all the amenities. 20 mins from the airport.Breakfast was excellent plenty of choice. Lovely swimming pool,Alba and Maria were compares round the pool platlying different games.All in all a mostvwonderfull stay

This is an edit to the original post. The rooms are lovely and spotless staff are helpful and friendly . Apartments are well appointed with equipment. We are in what is meant to be a superior room for 4 weeks and are still here . Although the balcony is a great space there is no privacy rooms 4202 to 4207 guest are using these balconies as a walkway to the roof terrace when there is another route not acceptable which the review went from a 5 to a 4 . Clothes storage is also not great . This place could be fantastic place if niggles are remedied
