Entertainment team Maria and Joel were absolutely amazing, hotel was lovely, very clean and tidy, just couldn’t give 5 stars due to the air conditioning not working for 8-9 days of our holiday

We booked this hotel after being disappointed with our original choice, and it turned out to be the perfect decision. The location is ideal, and the hotel itself is clean, modern, and wonderfully maintained. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is calm, relaxed, and peaceful, making it a great place to unwind. The space is generous, both in the communal areas and in the rooms. We stayed in room 5202 and absolutely loved it—comfortable, stylish, and well-appointed. In fact, we enjoyed our stay so much that we’ve already asked our travel agent to rebook this same hotel for next year’s holiday. The rooftop bar is a real highlight, offering plenty of space along with beautiful views—perfect for soaking up the sun. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis, and the food was excellent each morning, with a great selection and high quality. We also dined twice at Arena Rock, which is part of the hotel, and both experiences were fantastic. The food was delicious, and the bar and waiting staff were warm, welcoming, and professional. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Lovely hotel. Lots of different areas across the hotel depending on what you’re looking for. We had a pool and sea view which was lovely and for it being so big, the noise in the evening was minimal. However, the air con was broken for pretty much the entire week we were there. Initially, I stood on a chair and wiped the air con vent, the dust that fell was plentiful. We were told daily that someone would be out to fix it. To be honest I felt shrugged off. It wasn’t fixed which meant the room temperature was constantly between 26 and 27.7 degrees morning, noon and night. Not ideal when trying to sleep. There was a fan above the bed which is helpful but it’s really loud. The room cleaning could be a little better & it would be really good if they could sweep the balcony or leave a normal size sweeping brush in the room for the guest to do it. Rooms could also use a wardrobe and drawers. The clothes rack just isn’t enough. We didn't eat from the pool bar or have breakfast so can’t comment on that, however the food in the arena rock was nice. The entertainment team (Maria and I’m sorry I can’t remember the blonde guys name) at the pool are absolutely lovely and involve everyone if they want to be involved. Some of it is so simple but lovely little interactions. We didn’t struggle for beds at the pool, as long as you were down by about 10.30am, it was all good. Music around pool was also good. Location of the hotel is brilliant. Close to the beach & restaurants & bars etc but so quiet at night and you couldn’t hear anything. Really relaxing. The room has everything you need & has a variety of lighting which was nice at night. Bed was comfy and pillows were great. Would have liked to separate the beds into two singles as I was with my 13 year old son and we weren’t able to do that. Powerful shower & great hairdryer. Tea bags, coffee & milk in the room too which is a nice touch, as was the glass of fizz or water on arrival if you wanted it. Overall we had a good stay and had the air con been working, it would’ve been great. It’s a fabulous hotel with a great team.

Disappointed there was no wardrobe in our superior room. Only a rail to hang your clothes on. 2 small bedside draws. Another let down was there was only 3 tables a pool bar & 2 of those were taken by entertainment staff to put suttleboard on. Other than that the staff were all great & very friendly. Rooms were large & very clean

Lovely hotel , nice staff , breakfast is expensive but you get a lot of well cooked food for your money , there is loads of sunbeds around the complex but not enough round the pool area , reason we have not given this 5 stars is there was only one night with air con the system is broken and they keep saying they are waiting for someone too fix currently another 2-3 days they are not sure on a definite date but have said the more people that complain the quicker it will be fixed ,you could cope with just the fan which you get in the bedroom if it didn’t drive you insane they are the noisiest fans ever even the maintenance and reception team said there has been multiple complaints about them but management won’t do anything, we book based on amenities and for not having air con in this weather is awful , on the upside the entertainment is fantastic and complex clean
