Fergus Cactus Garden

Don’t take any expensive clothes to this hotel, they may get stolen from your room. We stayed in February and my Husbands Schoffel got taken out of the wardrobe, the hotel were not very helpful when we reported this and since being home I have emailed them and basically got told that they can’t blame the cleaning staff and that nobody knew anything about it, well they are not going to admit to stealing it and other than us the cleaners were the only ones going into our room. So be careful what clothes you take to this hotel with you on holiday.

Hotel is in good location, staff are friendly and helpful,Leni is amazing with entertainment there’s always something going on from 8.30pm. Going off the 4 star hotel I would personally say it’s a 3 star as rooms are not immaculately clean and there was damp on our room roof and mould in the bathroom shower and no fresh glasses or coffee, milk etc in the room every morning when the maids went in. the restaurant food is okay, there’s always something you can eat but not much choice at all, Mostly fish. I know you don’t stay in your room all day but you expect it to be clean and fresh glasses and mugs and coffee etc… everyday.

The location is good very close to the beach, rooms where okay a little out dated for a 4 star hotel with a lick of paint needed in the rooms as there are marks everywhere you look on the walls, there was a little mould but what do you expect. The value was about right for what we paid with all the service peoples being very helpful and friendly especially the entertainment staff always trying to get you involved and is a funny bloke. The buffet was about average lunch is the same fish fish fish but dinner was possibly the best as it is different depending on the day would of been nice for more cocktails to be included in the all inclusive. The roof terrace with jacuzzi was lovely but there where a lot of females with there chests out, however there is a nudist area for this so this did make me and my partner uncomfortable to see and there needs to be something done about this as it may make other people uncomfortable

We had the best time at the Fergus cactus hotel. The hotel was clean and friendly but what made our stay for us was Leni the entertainment guy, he works so hard everyday making everyone laugh and getting us to join in all the fun and games, he was brilliant and made our days Thank you so much ❤️🙌🏼

I rate my stay at this hotel very positively. Nice staff very nice, food very good, fantastic animations. Leni is great and Klara is at the reception. Our best town on the island of Morro JABLEEverywhere close and beautiful beach. Stay very successful
