Fergus Cactus Garden

The hotel was clean, staff lovely, especially Leni the entertainer. However whilst Leni works his socks off to entertain everyone the hotel itself is not geared up for children, no play area, a small children’s club room and food very is very repetitive. Wi-Fi is pretty useless too.

The hotel is so lovely all staff work so hard and it is a very relaxed atmosphere very safe place and very chilled out when out walking about. Patricia was so lovely she gave us a room change with a view which we were extremely grateful she is amazing at her job so easy to chat to and very welcoming. Thank you Patricia for making our stay so relaxing and enjoyable. All staff that work here go above and beyond will definitely be back . Xxx

The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, especially the front desk team who were always ready to assist with directions and local recommendations. My room was clean, and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and a pleasant view. The view was beautiful!!The hotel's location was ideal, making it easy to explore the city and access public transportation, the beach is like heaven. only one minor negative points: more fruits (most of the time only orange, apple, grapefruite), and the coffee was a bit funny taste. Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay and would highly recommend thie hotel to anyone.
