Amazing stay at this hotel/apartment from check in to check out. We opted for a higher apartment which was very clean and looked recently refurbished, air con included at no extra charge, just over €2 a day for safety deposit box with no deposit, very reasonable. Communal areas cleaned daily only down side is maid service which we were told was 3 x weekly but only twice and sheets and towels changed once, you could request more at reception if needed. Staff were really friendly and helpful whenever approached, breakfast good value and pool bar great value for food and drinks, better value than some outside cafes, would definitely recommend. At the end of the holiday I requested to keep the room on until departure, charge was €15 which again was great value. Excellent hotel will definitely be back, thank you 😊

A solid 8.5/10! Great location, shopping centre in front of hotel with restaurants, bars and shops. 2 minutes walk away is more shops, restaurants and bars as well as the beach. Definitely recommend Fuertapizza and Guayarmina for food and Oasis bar (3/4 minute walk away) for drinks. Takes 2 hours by shuttle transfer probably an hour and 15 minutes by private transfer. The room was really nice! Cleaning could've been a tad better but that's just personal preference. The beds were SOOOOO COMFY! Easily one of the best beds I've slept in whilst on holiday. Large living room with dining table, full kitchen, sofa and TV. The balcony is large with amazing sea views (we were apartment 425) The pool was lovely, very relaxing, with good music in the back round and not too loud. Plenty of sun beds, lifeguard on duty and a pool bar with plenty of tables, chairs, lots of food and drink options and also had a jacuzzi (which we didn't know was there until the day we left) The barman Papa was one of our highlights! Very friendly, funny and welcoming! Makes a great cocktail! The downside was the apartment walls were VERY thin.. we could hear EVERYTHING! Our neighbours to the right of us were very loud and felt the need to shout about everything. Great value for the money we paid and would happily stay here again. Great hotel, great amenities, lovely staff, good atmosphere. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it for a relaxed chilled stay.

The hotel itself is perfect and the apartment was so modern and spacious. The pool is good but pigeons deficate all around the edges and even bathe in the pool. But the main reason that inspired me to write this review was the absolute disastrous nightclub accross the road that blares music from 11pm until 6 in the morning. The music is obscenely loud and we had to sleep with head phones in. I can’t understand how anyone puts up with it or maybe our room on the 6th floor was worst because of its positioning. But regardless we paid more for a sea view but we weren’t warned we wouldn’t get a drop of sleep. It’s a real kicker to an otherwise very good hotel, but I believe it outweighs the experience as your just exhausted from it, and can’t look foward to a good sleep as you’ll be kept up all night.
