Servatur Alameda de Jandia

Travelled with my sister for a 10 night holiday with jet 2.the transfer was quicker than expected and we was last drop off. The room we had booked was a high floor sea view classic and on check in was told we would be on the 6th floor our room wasn't ready so after a 2 hour wait in reception they finally gave us an upgrade to 9th floor. The view was amazing and the air con in the bedroom was appreciated. The room was light big and modern the shower was good also. The kitchen has very basic utensils for a self catering stay. We had a cleaner on the 7th day and fresh bedding and the day before we went home but that didnt bother us. The pool is lovely although very busy as the spanish had started school hols so would bear that in mind. The pool bar menu was in English but unfortunately the waiter didnt speak any so was hard to relay things like asking for vinegar! The balcony terrace for sunbathing was a lot quieter and the hot tub was lovely but we only used it early as it got busy and wasn't very clean later in the day. the resort is on the doorstep with plenty of shops and cafes but not many speak English mostly it was Spanish and German. Ate at the chinese once at bottom of the road which was nice the resort is more expensive compared to the other resorts on the island and not really any bars to sit and enjoy the views as its quite set back from beach. Sunbeds were 18 euro for 2 beds and a brolly and the beach is lovely. I would go again to the accommodation but would upgrade to a high floor as these were less noisy than the lower floors. For a self catering beach holiday it was great for what we wanted and would avoid school hols!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Servatur Alameda de Jandía from 1 June to 12 June 2026. Everything exceeded our expectations and made our holiday truly unforgettable. The apartment was spacious, spotless, comfortable, and very well equipped. We especially loved the balcony with its beautiful views and the peaceful atmosphere. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the stunning Jandía Beach, as well as shops, restaurants, and everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The hotel is about 500 metres from the beach and offers excellent facilities, including a swimming pool, sun terrace, and buffet restaurant. What made our stay truly special was the amazing staff. Every member of the team was friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with a smile. Their kindness and professionalism made us feel at home from the moment we arrived until the day we left. The breakfast and dinner buffet offered plenty of delicious choices every day, and the entire hotel was kept exceptionally clean. We were impressed by the excellent value for money. Thank you to everyone at Servatur Alameda de Jandía for making our holiday so memorable. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Fuerteventura, and we will definitely return in the future!

Amazing stay at this hotel/apartment from check in to check out. We opted for a higher apartment which was very clean and looked recently refurbished, air con included at no extra charge, just over €2 a day for safety deposit box with no deposit, very reasonable. Communal areas cleaned daily only down side is maid service which we were told was 3 x weekly but only twice and sheets and towels changed once, you could request more at reception if needed. Staff were really friendly and helpful whenever approached, breakfast good value and pool bar great value for food and drinks, better value than some outside cafes, would definitely recommend. At the end of the holiday I requested to keep the room on until departure, charge was €15 which again was great value. Excellent hotel will definitely be back, thank you 😊
