Krásný čistý hotel s perfektními službami.Skvělé jídlo,skutečně skvělé.Obrovský výběr.Velmi chutné.Nemělo to chybu.Úžasný ochotný personál.Skutečně musím vyzdvihnout personál.Jak tam vše fungovalo,to bylo neuvěřitelné,co vše tam zaměstnanci dělali. S obrovským nasazením se o vše starali. Krásný,čistý velký dvoupokojový apartmán s trezorem a ledničkou. Jen pár metrů od od obrovské písečné pláže.V těsné blízkosti městečka,kde nakoupíte suvenýry a můžete posedět v několika restaruracích. Jen kapacita lehátek u bazénu byla omezena,takže kdo nepřišel k bazénu hned jak se v 10 hodin otevíral, tak pak neměl místo.Ale to byl jen detail. My jsme více času trávili u moře.Cestovali jsme za mořem a ne za bazénem. Sem bych jel klidně znovu.

Its our 3rd visit and we have already planned our 4th. There is only good we can say. The staff are perfect the hotel is spotlessly clean. The entertainment staff nazaret alvaro paula Carlos and josemi are just the best. If you are reading this review and are trying to choose a hotel. This is the place 🙌 xxx

We have been each year since 2023 and every time has got worse. We came this year with our young son who is 10 months old and booked a higher room (junior suite with sea and pool view) so we could see the evening entertainment which was now moved inside. We were not told of this as in previous years (sept) the entertainment has been outside. We were told it’s cos it’s now cold but the temperature was 35 degrees. Food is never not and it’s much of the same every day with a recycled dish of what was served at lunch now served for dinner. Reception messed up check in. Not enough staff and most staff we miserable. Transfer time is nearly 2 hours so think of this before booking as Jandia is far away from the airport! The guest manager Marina is normally very friendly and approachable, I felt this year nobody really seemed to care. The cleanliness we have never had an issue with, always clean and towels changed and toilet paper daily. Water changed daily in our room. Entertainment team are always lovely, but it’s year there didn’t seem to be any get up and go. No usual trying to include everyone. No games for the kids. Pool bar closes at 6pm along with the pool. Getting a sunbed was easy, some of the lifeguards are great, others are more interested in smoking down the side of the building. I hate writing a negative review, as I said it’s a beautiful place and a nice hotel but it being badly managed and the vibe is off this time. Something has changed and we can’t decide what it is.

Mixed experience at this hotel. Check in was a nightmare, when we said we didn’t understand a question we were made to feel stupid. Not all reception staff know what’s included in various packages for example not all of them knew if you buy a kettle package you get x2 small bottles of water free everyday. Most waiting staff were nice and pleasant however there wasn’t always someone checking people in at the front of the dining room. Cleaners again variable it depends on which one you get, some are fantastic and clean the room to a high standard however others do almost nothing and on one day we asked the cleaner to come back later and no one came. Entertainment staff are fantastic and are the main highlight of this hotel in my family’s opinion and experience while at the hotel. Food was again variable, some hot food doesn’t stay hot and not always a lot of variety. Seems there is one rule for select groups at the hotel and a different rule for others We had been vaping by the pool on the loungers most the holiday others had been smoking, on our second to last day we were told we could not vape on the loungers anymore, we respected this however others were still being allowed to smoke on the loungers and no one said anything, there is also no signage about where you can and can’t smoke/vape in the hotel. To end on a good note the hotel is ideally located with shops nearby and a lovely beach. Plenty of excursions offer pick up just down the road from the hotel.

So..Ive wasted enough energy on this hotel so I'll keep it brief. Basically me and my family were treated like dirt from our arrival to departure. The staff hate the English, we had many an instance of them being rude, serving others before us, even a guy called Elias shouting at me in the restraunt in Spanish because my elderly mother had walked in a entrance she should have not used (presumably, as I don't speak the language) I had a chemical smell coming through the aircon for 2 days and no one cared or addressed it even though I let people know on a number of occasions. There were many other issues, 2 days before we left we complained and Marina took out complaint, gave us 2 day beds (posh sun loungers) and 2 bottles of fizz for our last day. I accepted this and I was not going to write a review as I believed that it had been addressed and some effort made as an apology. Then on the last night the woman working on the bar 'sole' (braids and a bandana if Ive gotten her name wrong) was so awful, she was goading me and sister, smiling at us in this really awful creepy way and then had a go at us again mostly in Spanish because my sister had taken drinks before the order was done. Shouting 5 minutes, 5 minutes to the other bar staff - this was to say we only have 5 minute to put up with these people. She was awful. And so she is the reason I have put this out there. There were many many other faults at this hotel but after this review I will not be giving this hotel or it's terrible staff another thought. Please if you are thinking of booking don't.
