Krásný čistý hotel s perfektními službami.Skvělé jídlo,skutečně skvělé.Obrovský výběr.Velmi chutné.Nemělo to chybu.Úžasný ochotný personál.Skutečně musím vyzdvihnout personál.Jak tam vše fungovalo,to bylo neuvěřitelné,co vše tam zaměstnanci dělali. S obrovským nasazením se o vše starali. Krásný,čistý velký dvoupokojový apartmán s trezorem a ledničkou. Jen pár metrů od od obrovské písečné pláže.V těsné blízkosti městečka,kde nakoupíte suvenýry a můžete posedět v několika restaruracích. Jen kapacita lehátek u bazénu byla omezena,takže kdo nepřišel k bazénu hned jak se v 10 hodin otevíral, tak pak neměl místo.Ale to byl jen detail. My jsme více času trávili u moře.Cestovali jsme za mořem a ne za bazénem. Sem bych jel klidně znovu.

Had 3 amazing nights here. The photos on the website don't do it justice, it is actually much more beautiful in person in person. Our ocean view balcony suite was HUGE. The grounds are immaculate and the pool area is very nice. Short walk down the driveway and across the street to the beach. There's a fantastic walking path that we took to the little town of Morro Jable. The beach is pristine and water was surprisingly warm at the end of April. I saw a few negative comments about this resort but in our opinion, really couldn't have been better, with the exception of the dinner buffet which was not quite as wonderful as the breakfast buffet which had everything you could ask for. We took half board with breakfast and dinner included. Didn't realize that this also meant prosecco in the mornings and unlimited beer and wine at dinner. Has nightly entertainment but man they are facing tough crowds! My husband and I felt compelled to dance as a sign of support for these talented and hard-working musicians and we were able to finally coax some other shy visitors to join us, making for very fun evenings. Shout out to Carlos on the activities crew, he was very helpful, as were all staff. Most amazing experience, would come again in a heartbeat but it's a long way from Vancouver, Canada :)

The hotel is not a 4 star hotel anymore, the rom was not clean and they did nothing about this. The food there they don’t use any spices at all, no taste and it looks like they don’t make any food them self, mostly frozen food by the looks of it, the restaurant was really noisy and some times there was no place to sit. We were supposed to have a sea view but got view of trees instead room A330. The all inclusive is not all inclusive. It’s more like som inclusive, the drinks we got was some times no alcohol in it at all, so we had to ask them to putt inn ekstra shot. The only good thing was the kidsdorm and the staff there their entusiast and are just great.

The hotel is really good location, walking distance to the beautiful beach. Good size and clean room, kids club and animation team so good and friendly. Highly recommend for family holidays! Excellent breakfast and dinner, all food so tasty and fresh

Beautiful hotel. Very clean. Food great. The staff are all so friendly. Entertainment staff especially great they literally cant do enough. This was our 2nd visit and we will definitely be back. Pilates and pool aerobics perfect 🥰 disco night perfect.
